I’ve come here several times and I’ve always had great experiences. This specific time, the nice lady saw we had the kids with us and went over to change the TV station to something more kid friendly. (It had been on the news.) It actually captured everyone’s attention and everyone dining in was watching. The food was made so well that I actually went ahead and got a couple more things. Potato tacos were stuffed to the brim and everything in our order was correct. The employees went above and beyond with their service. I’m satisfied and we will be back.

Staff is unbearably rude. If you order at the kiosk, they’ll treat you like garbage but will also act annoyed if you try to come to the register. Be prepared to be yelled at if theres a tall female at the register – she has no customer service skills and is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve spoken to.

My a pick up order in the store nachos fries and 4 Cinnabon and a drink only got my drink as I waited about 20 min 4 people got there order before me and two order two taco box when I asked for a refund she asked what is wrong after I told her she went to my food picked it up and is it’s cold refunded me for one pack of Cinnabon and nachos and I ordered two so had to get another refund I would recommend anyone that comes is just to buy a drink not to mention I work at the Walmart that it’s in a will rather starve before I will step foot back in there

Horrible Experience!! I was paying with cash and she refused to take my order and told me to use kiosk. I did but had to go back to register to give her my cash even after I used kiosk. She was screaming at me and another employee apologized repeatedly for her actions. If you can’t deal with the public find another job where you don’t have to. DO NOT GO TO RHIS TACO BELL!! Especially if she still works there. Wish I had looked at her name.

Worst taco bell ever. Tonight we waited over 30 minutes in the drive through. No one came over the speaker to take our order so we assumed the speaker was broken. Finally make it to the window only for the girl to tell me she can’t take our order at the window and they’ve been too busy getting other orders out to take orders at the drive through speaker. Definitely not running on their A team over there.

I don’t eat alot of fast food, and I haven’t eaten at taco bell in three years, now I know why! Because on yesterday, I decided to purchase a burrito at the taco bell in sherwood Arkansas on warden road. I ordered the burrito supreme with no beans, and it was everything but supreme! It was; small with a half teaspoon of meat, lettuce, soggy, flat and just nasty! I threw it away! I will never eat at ” Taco nasty’s” again!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. This place is good. Be nice to your food service workers and they’ll be nice to you. The kiosks are there for a reason. My food always comes out nice and hot because usually it’s made to order.
