We ordered the Party Pack and specifically asked for supreme. Soft and hard shells. We get all the way back home and no sour cream and tomatoes on it. $27 for party pack. What the hell we was celebrating but was disappointed ☹️ with the order. I normally don’t get tacos in Jacksonville I know better next time.

When asked for my name I say Trixie, I spell it even- this guy puts “Becky” on my order. Obviously me, my husband, and my nephew are not waiting to hear “Becky” because that’s not my name. My husband goes up to check and sure enough our food is in the “Becky” bag. Plus part of our food was missing and had to be made and given to us in a separate bag. They would not hand us our bag, either, like they did for everyone else- they sat our bag on the counter instead of handing it to us. Clearly we are not the correct clientele for this location, at least as far as the front end staff is concerned.

This is the best place to come for a Taco Bell burrito. Twice now I’ve come and they have given me the most satisfying food I have ever received from a Taco Bell. Most of the time you go to Taco Bell and you get a half full burrito that has more tortilla than anything… here, I was actually impressed with how full my burrito was. And it came out extremely hot like it was really fresh. Very happy with this Taco Bell

This taco bell/kfc is the slowest resturant in Arkansas. Its convenient to my house is the only reason I’ll stop. It takes on average 25 minutes to get food (23 minutes for 2 soft tacos at 715 pm) whether you are dining in or out. The staff looks like they want to deep fry their faces to end the misery. The dining room was wrecked too.

Was at this Taco Bell/KFC on Friday 11/4/22. Was physically threatened by 2 employees, screamed at , belittled, cursed at (all with my 4 young children in my vehicle, all because I couldn’t find my receipt and asked for another copy. Can’t get a response from the manager, or owners. Check security video from the second time I pulled up to the window. My receipt (which was stuffed under the famous bowl which had spilled gravy everywhere which is why I could t find it initially) says 09:15 pm. Please check this out.

Pleasant crew working there. Orders are fine if there’s just a few items. 4 meals are too much for them to get correct if you want extra or none of an ingredient on one. Happens every time. Now I only go if I have a small order.

The lady working the counter could not say anything nice about anyone on her crew. She made sure everyone is n the restaurant knew that her coworkers were horrible. This made eating in very difficult and not enjoyable. She said she was the manager and if she really was I’m surprised her crew did not walk out.
