Unsure if there’s new ownership or management, but the customer service is totally different overnight…in a good way. I’ve been by a few times over the last month and (unlike in the past), the employees were friendly and my order was correct. Whatever has changed, please keep it!! Highly recommend now!!

This location has to be the WORST Taco Bell in the entire franchise history. Every time I have came to this restaurant something is missing or wrong. I wish I could upload pictures of the slop that was thrown in my bag. After driving around a second time for missing items. I noticed my bag was leaking when I arrived home. The meat was not drained … it literally looks like I have soup on a flour tortilla. My Gordita crunch was missing the meat…. Not a single piece just lettuce cheese and sauce… my other four tacos were so soggy and saturated in grease I could not eat them… I basically spent $16 on a Baja Blast… called the store to see if it was worth driving back for no answer …. Whether it’s management or crew someone needs to be revamped.

I had ordered online plenty of time before I went to pick up. When I arrived, I got stuck in the drive thru line for at least 15 mins. When I finally arrived at the speaker, I was told “we’re in the middle of a shift change, it’ll be about 15 more minutes.” The cars behind me finally gave up and left, so I was able to move my car to the parking lot and go inside.

When I pulled up some white Ultima was getting free food and I had to wait till they made his food so they can do a drive-by and get their food and after he left employee told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes before I got my food which mine was a mobile order already paid for he proceeded to still tell me it would still be 1015 minutes and I would have to park in the parking lot. He Word for Word said I got you bro and then I waited 30 minutes and never got my food. The order was not even started on the app have to cancel. Do not go past 9 o’clock or they will not feed you.

I pulled up at 12:22 am and the employees mumbled at the microphone letting me know that they didn’t want to do theu job. I pulled to the drive through window and the boys were hiding in the back and didn’t come to the window to take my order. Rally’s needs new employees that wants to work.

Do not order anything with their ground beef. Tastes like burnt plastic. Gave them a second chance last night after the same taste 2 weeks ago and it’s still had that awful, weird taste. A friend who works in the restaurant industry told me that taste is consistent will the use of old oil. Avoid this location.

JUST DON’T COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!I’ve reached out to the franchise owners on numerous occasions about the behavior of the staff at this location. No response one in over a year and a half. They are going to continue to take your money for wrong orders, magnanimously horrendous customer service, long wait time, as the company continues to not give two flips about what we are leaving in these comments. So once again save yourself and JUST DON’T COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!
