OK so let me start out with I was in the drive-through. I never went inside, but I waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes and then when I get up to the window it takes another at least five minutes or an open the window to get my debit card and she doesn’t even, tell me the price say hi nothing she just takes my debit card and then hand me my debit card back. I wait another five minutes at least for her to hand me my food, and it had been sitting right there beside her. I might be impatient, but I just feel like it was poor service point blank period

The new grilled cheese thing was not at all what it looked like and it tasted horrible! The service there wasn’t very great because they had us use a machine on the wall to order out food instead of them taking our order! But the place was clean and not very many people were there, so it made our atmospheric experience good!

This Taco Bell CONSISTENTLY takes 20 minutes uses or MORE in the drive through. They put the Mexican pizzas in the bottom of the bags and puts everything else on top. They do not have Covid restrictions anymore and the doors are open to dine in. BUT, as soon as they had 4 people in the dinning room, they LOCKED the doors and TURNED PEOPLE AWAY that tried to come in. Other customers could see me and my family sitting here eating!! Something is not right with the people running this restaurant.
