I hardly ever make reviews but this was so bad I had to. I ordered the chalupas and taco to share with my son. And the taco literally had NO meat in it. Not a single crumb of meat. And the chalupa was too hard to eat with a tiny bit of meat. This is the only thing I’ve ever gotten at Taco Bell, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Friendly people, but… a picture is worth a thousand words. They were out of Mexican pizza and said it would be a 30-minute wait on steak or chicken, and these are supposed to be Taco Supremes. There’s no tomatoes or sour cream and hardly anything else on here, as you can see. If we weren’t traveling, we would have taken it back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 meals w drinks. Tried to get a freeze and they said they were out. So I said mt dew. Hubby tried to order sweet tea and was told “nah man thats been sitting too long you don’t want that” so he said sprite. 3 drinks came out w 0 ice. And i had gotten charged for an extra when we only wanted the drinks w our meal.. what would we do w a drink we didn’t order that wasn’t even cold. Then I got a burrito that was covered in cheese on the top, like why? there was literally 1 tablespoon of food on each soft taco. This included the lettuce. Over all I ended up with 2 bites from each taco, a correct Mexican pizza, and a strange cheese covered burrito w three warm drinks for almost 40 bucks. Just pass i wish i would have

The worst food service in food I ever gotten. Your workers in Forrest city Arkansas taco bell on night shift at 11:12 pm mess my $47.60 meal up I didn’t receive all my food that went with my meal. I order a Dipping Taco box in they put no cheese on my grill cheese taco. So I call in the lady said we will re make it in I ask her do she need to bring to taco back in she hung up the phone. I go up there in she ask about the taco but she didn’t want the receipt. When she hand me my food it was so sloppy in she still didn’t give me my missing food. So they get mad at me because they mess up my food in did it worst then the first time. The hairy arm lady in the cook for that night shift crew need to be fired.

I’m a Taco Bell defender to all the jokes people make about it, but this experience is undefendable. Every taco/burrito was cold, and they shouldn’t be. There were no customers, should have been my first clue, and food slowly came out. Took it to the car to eat and tasted like it was fresh out a can, with cheese that wasn’t even pretending to melt. I came inside today to sit down and eat I ordered the Dorito Locos Supreme and they put just a little bit of sour cream on one end of the taco and the tomatoes were all soft and smushy and the taco shell was stale when I bit into it

Ordered a five layer burrito with no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and don’t want a horrible stomach ache, they gave me one with cheese smh, thanks for wasting my money because I cant eat it and can go back for a new one because I’m on a strict schedule

For small town like Forrest City our expectations for the food and service were low and for that reason, we thought everything was actually pretty good for Taco Bell. Order was right, service was fast. Food was warm. Drinks were cold and good. Nothing spectacular so that’s why it doesn’t get 5 stars.
