I ordered mex pizza and 2 tacos with a drink and one of the new dipping tacos. The Mexi pizza hard shell tasted bitter of old oil. The two tacos were really wet, sloppy, and had tomatoes, which I asked them to not put on there. The Pepsi was filled only halfway up. The dipping taco didn’t come with the sauce for dipping. Not to mention, I had to wait 30 min for the food just to be even more disappointed. I threw it all away. Horrible service and people working there were smirking at me. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Normally really good service and alright food. (I usually get quesadilla) well sometimes it’s portioned right others it’s lopsided but today I got the worst service and food I could’ve gotten. I get it mightve been shift change time, but they took forever to answer the speaker, just said “what do you want” rudely, and almost threw the bag in my face when I got to the window. Got home (live right down the road) my food was cold, cheese partially melted, and it’s portions were lopsided and smaller than normal. (I wasn’t even rude just asked a few times “hello” or “howdy” said thank you and the like but Deng. Normally it’s really good for fast food.

First let me say it is very sad when the employees are literally afraid to go get the manager. Second it’s a shame I could not use my 100$ bill to pay for nearly 50$. Third this manager John was so rude and ugly to us. He had the evilest look on his face. He talked so mean. Then would not give the store number. It surprised him when I knew his name.

The staff can be a bit rude at the window, but the food is hot. I don’t recommend the toco bell on parker rd. In jonesboro, Arkansas. They lock the door to dine in, I call to find out. They said it is because they are short staffed. I’ve had my food thrown at me by a gentleman because of my skin color. I do believe he was fired because I’ve not seen him again. The manager her ownself Is very loud and rude. I addressed this with her because she was just being awful. She told me that was just the way she was. If you order the deluxe box they do not use the boxes provided they throw everything in one bag so you don’t know who’s is what, and what is who’s I also have gotten home to have food missing several times, and when you call to tell them they are annoyed to the point you don’t want to go get the missing food because you’re afraid they have spit in it. That’s the type of behavior Toco bell/kFC have over on Parker Rd. The one over on Southwest drive is much better

I ordered and waited 30 minutes for them to come to the window and say they were out of chicken, so I asked how long it would take and they said 25 minutes so since id already paid I said I would come back to get it and she said it was ok so whenever I came back I waited another 20 minutes for them to come and tell me again that they were out of chicken so I will never come back!

Waited in the parking lot 10 minutes for the food. And it was ice cold. Would of been nice and tasted good if it was hot. And the person at the window would of been nice or had a smile on her face. Not like they were busy at the time.

BEWARE!!! The night shift is charging more than their suppose to on certain items and pocketing your money, I ordered 2 Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burritos and a lager water and when I got my receipt, I was charged $2.79 for a LG Sobe, after I made a complaint about being wrongfully charged, a older black lady with grey hair continued to lie and say that it’s the price for a large water, some people are just thieves and have no shame….4/24/23
