Food is just sad. This isn’t my first first negative experience here. In this economy, do better when people are spending their money for a treat to eat out. The amount of negative reviews here of not just poor quality but quantity is SAD. Nothing looks like the pictures but isn’t even made right! Like ask your workers would they eat what they are making! We got the app deal of family of 4. Tacos pretty much lettuce tacos, crunch wraps just thin & sad. All I taste is tortilla. Then I’m cutting the chicken quesadilla for my 1 & 4 year old. I cut them & scoop some nacho cheese & lick the knife. I had to RUN for water. RUN. I’ve had many Taco Bell chicken quesadillas in my life and have NEVER had one so SPICY! Thank god I accidentally sampled before giving to my kids!

Shout out to whoever was on food prep today around 12:24. I just came through for my lunch and not only was the service fast and friendly but my burritos were the best I’ve had in a while. Every single one of them were made big fresh just how it should be! Thank you guys for being an awesome team whoever’s working right now y’all need to model that for every other Taco Bell out there. One happy customer!

This is the CHEAPEST TACO BELL EVER!!! Do NOT go to this location. We got 2 bean burritos which had 1/3 of the amount of filling you normally get, and my husband got a chicken power menu bowl which looked like someone had already eaten half of it. I’m not even kidding… the picture was taken BEFORE he ate any. We will never be back here again!

You call this a beefy 5 layer? It’s missing like half the ingredients. Terrible experience half my burrito was tortilla and for 4 dollars that’s insane and practically robbery bought this 8/9/23. I ordered a Chicken Power menu bowl to go and the portion size was unbelievable when I got home and opened it. See for yourself in the photos, I just mixed everything together and moved around the items just to get the idea for someone viewing the photo. And this was before eating anything from it. There is enough space in the bowl to host a Super Bowl! I paid 7+ dollars for this and this is not what I expect. If they are short on ingredients or something, just say they are out of that item. Never going back.

One of these were supposed to have tomatoes. And From the looks of it, it only has about 2 potatoes on it. The manager could’ve been a lot nicer about the situation. She pretty much said there was nothing wrong with our order, AND SHE SAID SHE GAVE ME A EXTRA BURRITO FOR FREE!!!! (Which would be 4 burritos). I wish that were the case because if so, I wouldn’t be complaining. I ordered 3 burritos and got 3 burritos.

THE WORKERS HERE REALLY ARE THE WORST! Bad attitudes and full of excuses. An app order should have as much urgency as a drive thru order. Thats the whole purpose of placing it on the mobile app! Don’t blame the customer when its you at fault. Maybe your reviews and rating here should be a slap in the face. Clearly all the negative reviews haven’t changed anything. Taco Bells have really gone down hill. Nobody to take your order inside. No polite customer service. Bad experience. Next time we will go somewhere else. There are much more friendly fast food places out there. The food is usually poor quality anyways.

We came in and ordered our food at the kiosk and ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes. The employees only care about the drive thru customers. I usually use the drive thru but they NEVER put napkins in the bag. The food is always good tho.

I ordered on the app at 4:50pm. Arrived in the mobile drive thru window at 5:30. Sat there until 6pm. Turned around and went inside to pick up my food. I only ordered a Mexican Pizza and a beef burrito. They said they didn’t have my order. The girl at the front was nice and there were a lot of people complaining. She took a picture of my order and said they never got it. I sat and waited another 45 min. It was almost 7pm when I left! I got home and opened my box and got the worst food I’ve ever had! Please coach and work with your staff. I never complain. I heard one employee say that customers were lying about their wait time…they definitely were not making that up!
