Very unwelcoming experience. Filthy tables, no one noticed us. We were confused with kiosk, and no one would help. Finally got kiosk to work. Elderly couple came in waiting at the front register looking at workers. They didn’t acknowledge them. My husband said loudly there was no customer service. A woman finally came with an attitude. She looked so put out. She told them the only way to order was kiosk and walked away. WOW. There was over 8 workers near the drive-thru, no one in the drive-thru. They were all talking and not helping anyone. The tables were all filthy, all sauces & napkins near empty. The food was horrible. If you value human interaction and cleanliness, do not visit this location. We will not be back.

The lady who came to answer my question about paying cash was nice and the food was typical but I’m writing this review only because I’m completely unimpressed with this new trend of creating contact-less transactions. There is no menu overhead. No one was going to come to the front until I made it a point to get eye contact. The environment inside is cold, uninviting and honestly, kills the whole experience. If the people up top care about these reviews, listen to your customers – we’re not impressed. This isn’t the right move. Don’t reduce contact, make it a point to go over the top with customer service instead.

I originally loved this place but everytime I have came here I have had an issue now. Whether it’s my incorrect food being served to me or their signature soda just “not working” I’d say after about 4 visits and an issue each time there’s a bigger issue at hand.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. No one even acknowledges you are there, even if YOU ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMER. Order apparently wasn’t placed, with the kiosk, yet nobody cared to help. Then wrong order was given…not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES.

Waited 40 minutes for 3 things, they gave our food to the wrong person, and then decided to wait till every other person after us got their food first, this place has bad management. Don’t waste your time with this place, instead of placing us in a parking spot and not paying attention who gave the order, they go to car to car, doesn’t matter the order. And anyone could say yes that’s my food, they don’t check to see who actually ordered. 40 mins of time wasted when I could live half an hour away. No respect for the customers from a major corporation

I am a doordasher and I simply just asked how long on my order because I stood there for over 20 minutes. These employees refused to give me their names so I could report them. They then told me to leave the store and not come back. Later, I had another order from here, and as soon as I got to the window, the woman yelled that I was there again, and they then told me to leave again. Very rude and unprofessional. I finally got my order after I had to stand at the door and knock. (Lobby was closed) I seen my order sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledged and brought my order. A group of employees come out after that asking what I had done with my phone bc I had recorded the incident at the drive thru, one guy then tells me if I don’t delete it that were gonna have some problems. I told him I was fine with that and got in my car an left.

So now they just send you to park in the lot so they can keep their time low on drive-through. The person told me, along with about 6 other cars, to park and they would bring us the food. They were then going car to car asking people what they ordered. Idk that their name is, but it is June 18 at 5:39pm. I have been waiting for over 10 min for my food (3 items). I’m sure it will be wrong. What a cluster……
