They are way understaffed. 2 people working the whole store during a mon- Friday lunch shift. (daily issue) food is half prepared and sloppy because they are in a hurry and today we waited in the drive through for 35 minutes because the way the drive through is designed there is no other option, once you get stuck in line your stuck.

My husband, son, and I went here. We were taken care of by a very helpful( like literally went the extra mile for us) man named Terrance( I hope I spelled your name right). Spicey potato soft tacos were bad potatoes were extremely hard and crunchy inedible, spicy sauce lettuce cheese and tortilla were all okay but wanted the potatoes. Beefy burritos were good, bean and rice burrito was good, cheesey rollup needed to be heated to melt cheese. Was extremely disappointed with this order. Brand new restaurant and are not working to give quality food. Tryed to show the potato soft taco but looks alot better than was.

I was so hungry, I had to eat somewhere and Taco Bell’s one of the few fast food places I will actually eat at. I cook at home or I order from a restaurant like Catfish Hole, La Huerta, etc. But I wasn’t done with my deliveries, I had at least another hour to go. I knew I just couldn’t wait anymore, I’d already been waiting for 2 hours. I’m so glad I pulled in because… The Mexican pizza is back!! Yes, you heard me right, the Mexican pizza is back! It was my favorite thing on the menu, always! I usually just get a soft taco since they took it off the menu I think it’s been what.. 3 or 4 years? Or does it just seem that way LOL I was so happy and of course, I ordered one and it was so good! I went and sat at the park and ate it, and it was delicious!! Yep!, the Mexican pizza is back at Taco Bell and it tastes delicious! Go try one! I know they’ll be seeing me a lot more!

Terrible customer service. We had a mobile order that was delayed in the system. They said it wasn’t there even though the app showed it had been placed. I understand tech issues, but the tone and attitude from the employee working the drive through was uncalled for. We asked nicely if they could refresh the system to see if it had showed up and the employee in a very poor tone cut off my wife and said I have already refreshed it 4 times you can’t order from this lane. So we were made to back out of the mobile order lane to go to the main lane after being told it was not there just for it to show up when we get to the order box. This was very unprofessional and poor service from the employee. I will not be returning to this taco bell.

We just pulled up to the drive thru to order. We waited a few minutes and was told “sorry about your wait, may I take your order?” We appreciate the acceptance of our wait and we order. We finish our order and we are told, “ I am sorry but we are out of ground beef.” We cancel our order and then had to wait 20 minutes to get passed the drive through window to leave. Three cars took 20 minutes to get their food. This was not the best experience.

The service here was so horrible! the lobby was dusty the condiments was hidden away out of sight. I had to ask for assistance multiple times and waited, and watched the employees play on there phones ignoring me. I had two BLIND patients and my young children w me.
