Placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. Wasn’t having the best evening, needed some comforting food, and I got not only that, but was greeted with a friendly smile and amazing attitude. Food was out quickly and is absolutely delicious! The employee at the drive-through—I believe she said her name was Joy, or possibly it was Joyce—but she was absolutely amazing! She made sure I had everything I needed and made my evening much better!

We have to come to Fort Smith for medical appointments 2 and 3 times a month and we always stop on our way home at this Taco Bell and the food and tea have been fresh and the service is awesome to, there is a great vibe from the staff

If you want your order to be wrong and taste horrible with less than minimal effort to check your order before handing it to you, come to this location! Ordered two volcano combos that weee supposed to be a burrito and a taco. We got four stale, old tacos that were crushed at the bottom of the bag. Everyone that works here is clueless. Whoever runs this particular franchise should probably figure out why everyone hates this location. Don’t waste your time and money. Just go to Taco Bueno.

My wife ordered food her order was wrong. She called to tell them after she had turned around once to get our sons missing food. She called to let them know hers was wrong. she ordered the new box with a Grilled cheese burrito, Bean burrito, Dorito taco and chips w cheese dip. She recieved a bean and rice burrito, reg taco, burrito with no grilled cheese on top plus no chips or cheese. she called the woman cut her off and asked if she looked in the bag my wife said yes but my food is wrong and missing chips. This lady goes on to tell my wife “Lady I packaged your food I know it is there” My wife told her she promises she isn’t lying her food is wrong.. The lady keeps going on till my wife is crying then tells her “I can’t help you call my GM tomorrow” and hung up on my wife before she hung up we all heard her say A**Hole 4 people heard it! Rogers ave taco bell fixed her order though

My family ordered food for all of us after a death in the family. The order was wrong. The lady who answered the phone was on speaker and started going off on my cousin about how she packed her order and it was right. My cousin has been crying all day since she lost her mom now she is crying more from being talked to like a child by a worker. The lady also called her an Ahoe Before hanging up we all heard it . THERE WAS 5 OF US IN THE ROOM!

I bought Nacho fries and a chicken chalupa. I tasted a fry it was cold but of course my cheese was hot. I got back in line and they replaced the fries and gave 2 coupons because I had to come back.. lol.. I got to the light took a bite of my chalupa and it was cold . .. lesson learned don’t ever go to Taco Bell at 1057am .. you will be served last shift leftovers.
