Two weeks this place has been open. Three times I have ordered. 1st was a somewhat big order but for only 3 people. All our potato tacos were not wrapped and were just dumped in the bag. 40 min wait and there were only two people in the lobby. All our food was ice cold. (This was the day after open, where was manager’s? There were only 3 employees on the clock at 6 pm) Second time there were no red steps in the 1 burrito I ordered. This time I ordered a taco pack half soft half hard and five of each sauce. I got all crunchy no soft. No sauce. That is 3 strikes your out. I was so excited to get a taco bell out here in the “country”. Too bad I will never be able to get myself to spend another dime here. I managed a taco bell for almost 10 years and have never seen such bad food or service.

3/3 tacos broken. Definitely paid over $2 for some broken tacos. And they forgot the beef on my burrito, didn’t realize it until it was pretty much gone. Not a bad place maybe just need some help preparing food.

Been here 3 times as i was happy to jave a taco bell way out here in arcadia finally. Messed up all 3 times i been here but tonight was the worse. I see 3 highscoolers running around playing through the window. They gave me nothing but grease and cheese on what was supposed to be a bean burrito. Then i was charged for 2 burritos i didnt even order and i clarified my order t. the guy 3 times twice at the drive thru and once at the window. Whoever is running this location needs to buckle down and get this staff under control and knowing what there doing cuz this is beyond unacceptable. Been in the food service for 10 years and i can say this is sad. Wont be back ill take my buissness to wendys next door and gry them instesd.

Well this was my first time to try to go to Taco Bell again. I went through the drive-thru and made a mistake and didn’t check and they didn’t give me all of my order. I ordered two cinnabons and didn’t get them.

If I could give zero Stars I would wasn’t greeted for a few minutes only to see a big woman come up chewing food and sit there and stare without asking me for my order or hello or greeting of any sort. My 1st visit and I will never be back. Glad I didn’t actually eat the food
