I ordered here a week ago but was heading out of town and didn’t have time to go back, but I ordered the box meal and I got about 15 minutes down the rd on the high and went to open the taco and there was a big black curly hair ball right on top so u can’t miss it. I about threw up. I just threw the whole box away. I will not be back to this one ever.

When we pulled up to this taco bell there were two cars in front of us. We got to the speaker rather quickly. With one car in front of us we we’re asked to wait. They give the car in front of us food and the car leaves. After sitting there for ten minutes my husband asks if they were there. The response was ya you need to hold on. My husband says something in response and she says you need to give me a minute. We have two calls on hold and 13 orders. Why should any of that effect my order? After another ten mins we order, but the total is really high. We asked the girl to repeat the order 5 times and her response was to tell us they raised their prices. If the prices really are as high as what we were charged I wont go back. My husband said i justwant to go i’ll pay it. We wait 8 minutes then a different chick comes up amd says what did you order. We got all mixed up. So we give back the receipt. She says oh ya it’s almost done. We wait another 5 mins and the first chick tells us theres no nacho cheese. We had a nacho bell grande. My husband asks me what to do. While we are discussing it The chick repeats we can make it with everything else just no nacho cheese so much that i say its not nachos without nacho cheese! She was talking over my husband. I tell them to switch it to doritos tacos combo. She asks if we want to just switch it out or do we want a refund. I said refund but my we’d been there so long that my husband said i’ll eat the difference I just want to go. What kinda customer service is that! When she hands us the bag she says everything should be in there which was already concerning. We just left which we shouldn’t have. My gordita was literally leaking all over the bag. Literally was inedible. ,My chipotle chicken melt wasn’t grilled or rolled. They basically made it a soft taco. The missing items are one doritos nacho taco and the regular taco that goes with that combo, and a soft taco. The entire ordeal took close to 40 minutes. WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF US!! The employees were nothing but rude. They were totally unapologetic, acted as if we were bothering them and being unreasonable. I’ll drive 10 miles out of my way to never go there again.

I stopped by here twice in the last week on my way to OU medical to see my sister-in-law and the first time I got a box that came with tortilla chips and they had a horrible like chemical taste to them or like maybe their fryer oil was going rancid or something. I didn’t really care because I didn’t necessarily want the chips anyway so I just threw them out. Then almost an entire week later I went again and bought a Mexican pizza and the fried shell had that same horrible taste to it. I called the restaurant over and over again before somebody finally picked up after maybe the tenth time. He told me that oh yeah, they were due to change the oil in their fryer and didn’t seem like it was any big deal. I will definitely not be returning to this Taco Bell. It’s a beautiful newer looking building but horrible horrible food.

Surreal experience. Ordered 2 chicken tacos, but got two tortillas with literally just chicken bits. Ordered a Doritos taco that came with literally just meat in a shell. Ordered a 5 layer that was missing sour cream. Ordered a bean burrito that was missing sauce and onions. It was crazy. Weirdest thing is, we got a chalupa that had sour cream, cheese and lettuce on it. So, they weren’t out of those ingredients. They just decided not to make anything correctly. Tried to call 5 times, but the phone was busy each time. Sent a message to management via the website, but no response. Won’t be going back, advise others to avoid as well. You will not get what you pay for.

The quesadilla was not cut, employees were friendly, service was slow, but I fell victim to their drive thru trap. I specifically came here for the nacho fries, but they didn’t have them. I was just frustrated because their drive thru is setup to where the menu is not visible until you are already stuck in the drive thru, so I could not check to see if they still had them. I will not make this mistake again. Next time I will choose one of the other food places in this crowded area.

If you’re not open until 1 am then maybe you should change your online hours. Went to try to pick up a doordash order and was never talked to at the box, so then pulled around to the window just for a worker to sarcastically smile at me and then leave me sitting there for 15 minutes and then come back with a note that he taped to the window right in front of me saying we’re closed. Could have easily said that over the box or when I first pulled up instead of just ignoring me for a total of about 20 minutes seeing as how the hours are confusing.
