I’m vegetarian, and Taco Bell is big for me because of their comparatively large selection of vegetarian options. But the service here has been so inconsistent. I’d often walk in to order and a lot of the time when my order is out they would either place it on the counter and not say anything or they would mispronounce my name to the point where I thought they were calling out someone else. This is of course because some of the employees don’t speak English which is okay but that is an issue that I’ve wanted to put into the spotlight. This has resulted in me waiting for up to 30 minutes for an order. I’ve walked in during later hours and had an employee stare straight at me uncomfortably at the counter and walk off, only to wait 6 minutes until someone finally serviced me. The final nail in the coffin was when I went through their drive through and ordered an item which I specifically requested the vegetarian variant of (and I knew they had it because I ordered it before) and not only forgot to put sauce I requested in (this has happened multiple times before) they gave me the variant with steak in it. I only realized when I got home and was too exhausted to go back. I do not mean to come off as rude, but the service has been disappointing, which is very unfortunate.

I don’t know who’s cooking tonight but they need to wake up. Ordered nachos bell grande and there wasn’t a drop of cheese sauce on them. Drier than a popcorn fart. The chicken chipotle melt was cold and not grilled or melted. So disappointed, its usually pretty good.

They are too busy to have someone at the counter. Had to do my own order at the kiosk. Tomato was not on the taco supreme. It was beside it in the wrapper. no option on the kiosk for a printed receipt. selected the option for a text message receipt to my phone number. 15 minutes later I still don’t have it. No pride. The manager was on site.

Came in late in the afternoon and ordered some food. Summer and Rose were super patient waiting for me to order and when I did they had it hot and ready in five minutes or less. I was impressed and will definitely go eat there when they’re on shift again.

I was disappointed that they were closed, but after looking at reviews it might be a blessing in disguise. Sign said closed because of water shortage, but reviews indicate this location has a lot of other problems too.
