Ordered the dipping taco box and it was pretty much glued to the wrapper. It split in half and a quarter of it you couldn’t get the wrapper off.

Don’t go to this location if you don’t have to. If you do, don’t use the mobile app. They are constantly out of everything. Lids for drinks, frozen drinks, and even hot sauce once. They can’t refund in store if you used their app. They even run out of Baja blast. If ther aren’t out of it, chances are they’ll forget it. Customer service has even gone down hill. It’s already in a terrible location with the drive through.

There was absolutely no meat on any of my tacos and burritos. I got the grilled cheese double steak box if I wouldn’t have just driven two hours I would NOT BE EATING THIS! Once I got to the grilled cheese burrito it smelled like bad hygiene or as if they didn’t clean. I am from Tulsa and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.

Ordered a quesadilla meal with Baja Blast to drink (comes with crunchy taco) with an extra soft taco no lettuce on the tacos. As you can expect, there was lettuce on the tacos. They were out of Baja Blast of course because why would they have the only thing in stock that separates them from other places and half of the reason I chose to go there. My quesadilla was cut in only 3 pieces of the sloppiest cuts I’ve ever seen. It was like they cut it one way, came back and forgot which way they were cutting and started again. It seemed small, like they didn’t have the regular size tortillas. The customer service was awful, the cashier acted annoyed that I came at 11:30, like I was a burden to her. Terrible experience, do not come here. There is multiple different taco places right down the street, I would say take your business there and do not come to this Taco Bell. Ridiculous.
