Food was good however trying to place the order was another story. We decided to dine in, walked inside there were several customers waiting, not to place orders but for pickup. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before we were greeted, then were told it would be a few minutes unless we’d like to use a kiosk to order, my husband and I attempted to do so however the sun was so bright on the screens where it was placed we could even read the how to instructions. We’re senior citizens and this was not a user friendly situation. So we waited for this manager to complete a big order then he went and took a couple of drive thru orders before he took ours. Sadly we won’t be back there again.

Every time we come here it’s always SOMETHINGGG. Came at 10am last week and they had no breakfast food. So we had to order lunch. But then they weren’t ready for lunch so they made me wait 30 minutes. Came today and the drive through system isn’t working. Had to come inside to order. Like my lord. How is this place never ready for anything and systems are always down? On the brighter side, food is always hitting.

One of the worst fast food places in the area. We have tried to go here a handful of times and it’s always something. We received food that wasn’t even ours before. We ordered door dash from this one and they sent someone else’s food also. Food is always messy like they don’t care if the burritos fall apart in the bag or not. Tried to go for breakfast today and I asked about the breakfast menu and they tried to tell me the whole breakfast menu instead of simply coming out and changing it from the dinner menu. Do better.

Be aware that at this location, WITHOUT ASKING, they will automatically roll up your order to the next dollar for their Taco Bell Foundation charity. I don’t mind giving to charity, but doing it without asking is theft.

Disappointed this evening. We placed larger order, and Taco Bell. Got home and not only was our Mexican pizza was smashed, so were the tacos. Since it was later, we did not want to go back. Called to try and speak with the manager, but they would not answer.

Why is this location even open? Can’t seem to keep workers. Always out of basic items which makes half of the menu pointless. The employees that have stayed or the worst, rude every time I have gone. I usually am pretty laid back and figure “maybe it’s just a bad day.”. Nope, now it’s my fault I kept going back. I guess I will go to the one on Rockwell from now on.
