First I order a crunch wrap with a lot of items on it I understand but my tortillas were cold and they didn’t use the sauce I wanted and only had one of them the Verde and nothing else and the tostada was soggy before I got the food the one on holiday was way better and the staff Jessica and Mike were wonderful when I went to the one on holiday today

It took for ever to get my food they made me pull around to the front & I had to wait 30 minutes for my food that it was a drive thru not a waiting game to get your food please do better the next time the food was good but you should not have to wait 30 minutes for your food

Sat in drive-through at the order intercom for 5 minutes. Nobody could take the order or say hold on or even respond to me asking if anyone was there. Gave up pulled up as 2 other car’s in front had got their order and there was 1 left. The lady at the window tried to get the one in the kitchen to make the order and all she could do was tell me pull back around.

Ordered on the app so I could just swing thru and pick it up. Nope. Not in Ardmore OK. Got to the speaker and was told they didn’t have any orders matching my order numbers. So they called the other Taco Bell in town. Nothing there either. Had to go inside and show my receipt email so they could manually enter everything from my phone to their register. And yet, they still managed to screw my order up. I’m done with trying to eat out in this town. I swear Chicken Express is the only restaurant that doesn’t manage to screw up something in your order everything because every other place we have eaten at or ordered from has!!!

I love Taco Bell but this one is one of the worst ones I’ve ordered from. Every single time I’ve ordered food from this location I’ve had something missing from my bag or my drinks or both (which happened today) I work at fast food so I get it if you forget something sometimes but every single time I have ordered from here there’s always stuff missing.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to use a faceless kiosk to order my food I like to be taken care of in person as an individual makes me feel like I’m important as a customer but unfortunately that’s not the way Taco Bell At this particular location but the food was fresh the faces were friendly And that’s more that can be said about some locations As well as the employees were actually inside instead of being outside whereas most locations I find the employees spend more time outside the inside but that’s OK this location is better than the one across town Yay tacos

We go here thinking is the best one in town. We’ll we found this again in one of our tacos. A rotten piece of lettuce . The staff pays no attention to food hazards and it seems they don’t wash their hands.
