Messed up our order after asking us what we got when we were at the window, they still somehow gave us the wrong item. Returned it and asked for just a refund because we decided we would eat somewhere else due to waiting like 20 mins on the first wrong order- said I would have my refund in 2-3 days. It’s been over a week now and still no refund. Anytime I call the store they just disconnect their phones. A total joke since hiring all these new people I’ll be going in person this week to get my refund.

I made an online order at about 3pm today, asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes on my crunchwrap due to being lactose intolerant and allergic to tomatoes. I also ordered a bean burrito with no onions and red sauce because I’m allergic to those as well. When I got home both meals had no modifications on them and I now have no food to eat. If I could leave 0 stars I would, but sadly I cannot. Thank you for giving me food I cannot eat any of.

Worse service ever!!! I ordered on the app and when I pulled up all the lights were out, that’s not the first time either that the lights have been out. I have my name and they asked me to pull around. Once I got to the window the lady handed me my drink and asked me to pull forward. I pulled forward and waited almost 10 minutes for my food. When the lady came out with bag she literally dropped them in my lap! I just shrugged it off and went home, I was hungry it had been a long day. When I get home the food was a mess. A soft taco that had been rolled up like a burrito and without the lettuce, the 2 quesadillas I ordered were terribly cut and thrown into a tiny bag and all smushed up. This location is the absolute worse one. I have given this location chance after chance and it never changes. Maybe they need new management and a whole new crew, or quite frankly to be closed down.
