We have been several times at all times of the day. They have been busy and they have been slow but we have always gotten good service and they got our food right. The manager there and the people who work there are new but they are nice and helpful. One of the better Taco Bell I have been to. We will be back again. Thank you.

I understand completely when a new business opens, you have to give them time. I’m sure the staff gets overwhelmed, etc.. Both times I have been here I have had no complaints. But tonight we pull up at 1:15 am and the sign says 2 a.m. or later. They were closed! If you advertise to be open til 2 or later then that’s what you should do. Not close before !

I’m not one to normally complain, the last three times I’ve been there the food has been awful. Little to no meat in the tacos. No beans in the bean burrito. Charged for a supreme taco and they didn’t have tomatoes asked for sour cream even paid extra for it and never got it. Crunchwrap supreme had lettuce and cheese only no meat at all. Called the number provided by google and never got a response. Do better Taco Bell. Was not worth $25

Absolutely awful service, cannot read instructions (like no cheese) The manager/cashier with the lip ring that worked Monday night 5/22 locked the lobby doors on guest and was walking around on her phone while the entire place was packed. Definitely not a very professional worker… Overall a terrible experience for a new business in such a great location.

This place is BS. First time I ordered at stigler taco bell could not even finished my food it was cold,second time it was berly any fillings in tacos, I got big order so disappointed. No more taco bell at stigler and honestly I don’t think they will make it if continue serving like that. The corporate needs do better job to trained they workers.

Didn’t have boxes to put my cravings box in nor the volcano shells then while nobody was behind me I decided to give my daughter her drink and before I could turn around the lady at the window yanks it open with an attitude asking me if I got everything like I had been there for 5 minutes or something, all I did was turn around and give my kid her drink real quick..

Absolutely horrible service consistently, always getting orders wrong. Ordered volcano menu items and got absolutely none of them in my order. What’s the point of a special promo item if you can’t give it to the customer? Not to mention how TINY the store is, in addition to how hard it is to enter and leave. I’d give this restaurant a 0 star if google would have let me. Definitely never coming back to this place. Even McDonald’s does better and Stigler McDonalds is a joke in its own regard.

I just tried to call like the 10th time always busy. And the first time I went they gave me an expired coupon for a free toco . Lol it was expired before they opened!!!! The second time the lady didn’t have anything but pennies for change . Wanted to know if I wanted to donate it makes no sense.

The food was alright but the way the treat new staff is just aweful. As a fellow gm of fast food I’m recommend training your employees before getting mad because they don’t know something. Always use any wrongs as a learning experience. I feel awful for that boy boy upfront! Definitely strive to do better!

Food is good, but the kiosk ordering is a joke! When you pay with cash you have to wait on someone to help you. If you don’t want to deal with customers in the dining area, close it and make it drive through only. People go inside for the service, but this place doesn’t have it.
