My boys are vegetarians I took then there 3 different times, 1st time the bean burritos had meat in it 2nd time they stopped serving potato tacos, third time’s a charm they did not have any more beans. And the manager was rude about it. Who runs out of beans at a taco shop? Especially a franchise

We ordered online and when we got there they didn’t check on our order. After waiting for like 30 minutes I went up to the staff and she said rudely “well the order isn’t checked in” we have never had to check in a order. After waiting again when I went up to get the food I accidentally flipped the chair over (heavier chairs with rubber on tiles mean they are hard to slide) and the same lady yelled out “you break it you buy it” in like this snarky tone. Then when I got our food my food barely had any sauce until the last few bites where all the sauce was supposed to be spread throughout the taco.

So this Taco Bell is way overpriced and not worth your money..They rip you off and steal your money. I’ve never been charged for the sauce that comes on a quesadilla until ordering from this Taco Bell. Will not ever go back.
