We just left from this taco bell and the young man running the register was just the most kind hearted human being. Handed me the bag and before I could even hand my card over he said it was on him that night. It isn’t a big deal to some. But kindness goes a long way with me. I sadly forgot to ask for his name. Taco Bell thinks the future is here, but they just dropped out of our future! Like someone said in the previous review, the menu is missing and where there should be a cash register was an ugly shelving unit. It is not an attractive entrance for a store. An employee said we had to use the touch screens. We aren’t sure what we want when we go in so always peruse the whole menu. You cannot easily do that on a small screen. You have to scroll through numerous tabs to see what they offer. Do I want a taco or burrito? To find out I have to open each tab separately instead of having a panoramic view. And then after finally having the order ready, we still have to talk to an employee to get a senior discount or the company makes money if you choose to forget it because it is too much bother. This has nothing to do with customer satisfaction, but money saving for TB. We usually love TB food. We settled on the Enchiritos. It certainly didn’t look like the picture – the cheese was sparse. It tasted nice but there wasn’t enough of it to warrant a $4.00+ cost. The motto of the world used to be – the customer is always right. It apparently now is – company profit is might… We won’t be stepping in there again. We may use the drive thru until they screw that up also. Taco Mayo here we come!!! They have awesome food also…

If I could give this Taco Bell negative stars I would. They make you wait 30 minutes at the speaker before they will take your order then when you get your food something is always wrong with it. Always get dried up beans and cold fries or potatoes. This is the WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TOO AND THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

Food was great. People were great. 3 stars because there is no menu. These companies are trying to force you to interact with self order kiosks to place your order instead of actual people. What an insult! Nobody prefers a kiosks over a human interaction. Where is the F/=÷×ng menu that shows what you order? Baja Blast Mtn Dew was out and they wouldn’t change it.

Worse Taco bell I have ever been to ever. I’ve been here at least 6 times and have gotten my order correctly worst service just everything is bad . Always out of something and don’t fill up your tacos. It just bad everywhere. I am currently sitting in the drive thru stuck and it’s been 10 minutes and still haven’t moved. It needs to be shut down and started up by someone else.

I’m not usually one to complain but my goodness!! The last 4 times yes 4 times that I’ve been to the Roland taco bell, they tell me we’re out of diet dp. Tonight the place was filthy. One of my tacos had zero meat. I didn’t complain because it seems to be the norm there. But what really irks me is you shouldn’t have to wait for employees (kids) to come in from outside playing grabass to make your order. I’ve lived here 54 years. I’ve been around the world. Hands down the worst taco bell I’ve been in. I’m done!
