This is without doubt the worst Taco Bell in the entire DFW metroplex. Not only are they slow and inaccurate THEY ARE INEXCUSABLY RUDE. When I pointed out to the young lady behind the counter that my (MOBILE!) order was wrong she actually had the audacity to raise her voice to me and start shouting about mobile orders … and then proceeded to launch into a series of expletives in Spanish that she clearly thought I could not understand. I did understand. Perfectly. I gave them one more chance after that and placed a second mobile order today. Not only did they REFUSE to hand my order to me through the drive through window after I had waited in the absurdly long drive through line to retrieve it … instead instructing me that I had to come into the lobby … the order was, once again, incorrect.

Ordered a party pack… this is not party worthy. Where’s the stuff that goes inside the shell? A pinch of meat. Where’s the lettuce?? This Taco Bell should be shut down because the quality is subpar. Always a disappointment at this location.

Horrible Service!! Ordered Mexican Pizza, they must of ran out of boxes so they just threw foil on top and stacked them on top of each other. Imagine what that looked like. Called to complain and no answer. Last time I eat there. I’ll make sure to spread the word.

Only order from this place if you want to sink your money. I order two party packs and the tacos were so soggy they were a soup and as soon as I took the boxes from my car they completely collapsed. Calling the location they told me no refunds due to me already leaving the location. Horrible product and completely unhelpful.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. I’ve used the drive thru and Uber eats/DoorDash. Out of the 30 times I’ve ordered, I’ve received the correct order twice. And forget about using Uber eats/DoorDash, they will give you half your order and no sauce, even if you pay extra for it. I hate how much I love Taco Bell, it’s becoming quite an abusive relationship. Do better. Please?

Can I give it a ZERO????? Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells!!!!! They continuously get our order wrong, don’t get our mobile order, are out of stock and lack staff, the staff and manager they do have are beyond disrespectful and RUDE, and refuse service even if it is THEIR OWN FAULT that there is a problem. I tried to order a nacho bell grande in the drive thru with the chips on the side as I was going to be driving 10 minutes away and don’t like soggy chips and was told No! The lady told me No that she would not put my chips on the side. I have had so many issues at this taco bell and this just tops the cake. I will never go to this store ever again.
