Worst customer service from a so called manager I’ve experienced in this town, I placed a mobile order through the Taco Bell app on 4/24/23 for me to pick up In The drive through and when I went to pick it up they said it was picked up by door dash, when I gave my order number and name and told them I never placed a door dash order I used Taco Bell’s mobile app and it clearly stated for drive through pick up by me ! They store gave my order away with my name and credit card on the receipt to some random person and refused to refund me or remake my food as they said it’s too expensive of an order as if I’m made of money and never thought the same thing!!! The manager refused to be of any help and I had to search online for a corporate number and customer service number !! I am very displeased with this service and will be seeking further legal actions if this cannot be resolved properly as it has definitely caused me and my family to be without food for the evening as I said I am not made of money.

Always a quick trip when I come to this taco bell. Just a couple things to think on. Some menu items seem a little light on ingredients. The soda namely the Dr Pepper has more of a cherry Dr Pepper taste to it I found that odd but not uncommon. Overall a good one to stop at in all especially if your in a hurry.

Placed an online order. Got there approximately 8 mins later. The girl at the window said the system was being problematic and our order hadn’t come through yet, and to pull over and wait 10mins. I told her I would just cancel my online order and order with her instead. We pulled up to the window, she handed us our food (which was missing my childs fries) and shut the window, no thank you or sorry about the trouble, NOTHING. If I didn’t have my 8yr in the car I would have called her out on her little bratty attitude! Gen Z’s are the worst! I don’t expect to see her there much longer.

The most disgusting taco bell I have ever been to.. when I walked in I wasnt greeted, the man asked me what I wanted as if had ordered already in the drive thru? The place was only a little busy and they were pushing orders out super slow. Food and utensils on the ground on the kitchen and some cinnamon twist all over the floor but the front door…. all while the manager or super was in the office while the restaurant was on fire.. I should have know better to stop in denison.

The girl working drive thru was short and rude. The food was horrible the tort.
