Okay, now, customer service?? Pretty good. They actually greet me at the window when I pull up and they’re sweet. I got a mini scoop of meat, heavy amounts of lettuce and some cheese ( I requested no cheese on half and still got cheese on a majority of them ).. as you can tell I’ve been eating a few from the wrappers in the back, but that’s how all of them were.. again, no problem with customer service, but y’all acting like chipotle now

Went through drive thru around 8. The lady was very quick with the order and questions I had. The only problem was we were confused if the order was put in correctly because it didn’t show up on the board. It only showed 1 combo when I placed two. She said she had two combos on her screen. But for some reason it didn’t show up on the drive thru screen. We pulled up to the window only to make it worse for my wife and I. The boy(long hair to which he could barely see) at the window gave me the total, before I paid I asked to repeat my order to make sure everything was correct. He looked at the screen for a good 10 seconds before I said two combos right I just wanna make sure. He said yeah. He gave me all the food and drinks. But no receipt with I HAD to ask for. Please do better. The food is not the only reason people should come back!!!

Worst food and service experience at this branch. Visited recently, Plano location. It was very nice. Bean burrito at this location pathetic. Ingredients were not present, wrap is bitter. Also, the order was not having beef, they placed beef taco in the drive through.

I have never posted a review online in my entire life.. on 08/26/23 around 5:30 pm i tried to place drive thru order for my 2 year and 5 year old. a lady was helping me with my order and customizing it. with in 60 seconds into my order another man took over the phone and started screaming at me that i am not able to pronounce Doritos locos tacos clearly.. and taking too much time to order .. it was hardly 1 or 2 mins. He was totally rude and need to have some courtesy and patience with customers.

First visit inside and I took my daughter. We went to the counter to order and were told we had to order from the kiosk. Only one kiosk worked so we had to wait. Then I saw a large pill capsule on the floor below the kiosk!! The ice machines also did not work. Will not be back here. I expected better from a brand new location.

Nearly always a messed up order when going through the drive thru. Eating inside yields a better result. It’s a taco bell, so the atmosphere is nothing of note. There were, however, a couple of broken tables in the dining area, which is surprising because it’s so new.

Drive thru line was long, came inside and never acknowledged so I used the kiosk to order. One worker is just chopping away at ice on the prep line.The person in the picture waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and the people at the prep line just keep looking at her. Definitely need more help at this location. It took over 15 minutes to get my food.

Not to throw a fit or anything, but I have worked fast food for years and it is not that hard… I pulled into the line 5 minutes before breakfast ended and was told that they had sold out of breakfast even though the car in front of me had just ordered breakfast. I know that it is annoying to get a breakfast order just before the AM ends, but at least come up with a better excuse.
