This is the second time I’ve received poorly made food at this location. I opened my burrito and it was hardly wrapped. I picked it up to take a bite and it completely fell apart. The beans are watery and it’s clear no one takes pride in their work.

I’ve been in this drive through for 34 minutes. One car was literally at the window for 10 minutes. This can’t be real. I then returned home only to find soggy tacos and a item I’m allergic to.

Rolled up at 12am, info states restaurant does not close until 1am. Lights on at the restaurant, menu and screens outside completely off. Drove off assuming they were closing or closed however my passenger noticed them waiving at the window. Came back around and were told they could take our order, stating he was planning to take it but we “drove off”. I advised we drove off because the screens were off, when asked why he stated “he’s not a tech”. Then stated he could take the order at the window, which we have no menu so unsure if we were supposed to magically know. When we went to pull up the menu on the phone he stated they couldn’t take a card and showed me a keypad that was “down”. I’m not sure who has cash on hand like that but we didn’t like most people. I believe the staff decided to wrap things up early and weren’t expecting people to catch on. With it being such a big weekend due to the FC Dallas game etc, it’s quite surprising to see one of the only late night places to eat handle things this way.

3rd time food has been severely under-portioned. Tacos were broken, burrito was very skimpy ($7 burrito!). Sauces ordered but AGAIN not in the bag. Looks like your managing your food cost at the guest expense. Very poor.

Excellent service, and quantity. I am vegetarian and i always eat fiesta veggie here, reason why because they put enough beans and veggies inside and looks great and big burritos. Other taco bell stores are just put little and wrap in tortilla and you feel like you are just eating tortilla. I would recommend try fiesta veggie burrito at this location.

Through no fault of Taco Bell; it seemed everyone wanted to eat at their establishment in Frisco off the Tollway at Eldorado Pkwy. So even though I ordered ahead and drove up there I had to wait for 16 cars ahead of mine to get their orders picked up through the drive through. As can be expected it was not hot; hence the star was deducted.

The whole crew was awkward but it was the high school night crew so its like anime kids and trans kids working and theyre very timid. I would go during day shift when they got some middle age immigrants working
