Dirty store. Full garbage. Food was adequate. Not really hot some of it. Jesus what happened to Taco Bell. More interested in checking cell phones than wiping down tables and emptying trash.

Came here for dinner with my family of four around 7:20pm on a Wednesday. There were three other family inside eating when we arrived. We ordered at the kiosk and then waited 25 minutes for our food to come out. Staff called our name and walked away without apologizing for the delay. Our son dropped his food on the ground, so I had to place another order for his quesadilla. As we waited and ate our food, about five others came in and ordered, two families and 3 other individuals. We waited another 25 minutes for his order to come out. During this time, one family asked for a refund and we only saw two cars in the drive through. Someone asked what was taking so long and they just said they were behind. When our name was finally called, again, there was no apology or acknowledgment for the delays. The food was prepared as expected and everything tasted good. The restaurant was not clean, there was a dead bird outside my window, and there was very loud explicit music playing from the kitchen. We will not be coming back to this location.

3 time and my last time. All three time they mess my order up. I’m a vegetarian and customize with beans. I received it with beef. Order to box meals and received it in one bag. My guess if I he teenaged girls was paid attention instead of been on their phones in the the drive thru line, my order would had been corrected.

First time at this new Taco Bell on Hwy 380. Extremely rude and slow kids working. They were in a hurry to talk to a car parked out front where 2 girls and a guy, all employees were smoking what appeared to be a joint with friends hanging out front. Super slow, bad attitude and a real good indicator of what to expect. Fathers day around 7pm.

This was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered online to pickup through drivethru so the food would be ready when I arrived. I gave my name at the speaker and was told to pull forward. There were 4 cars ahead of me in line, 2 of which gave up and left before getting to pickup window. 8 minutes later at the window, they asked me what I ordered like they had no clue. I gave them a list of every item and 5 minutes later they brought food to me. When i got home 5 minutes later the food was ice cold and not fresh at all. None of the sauce packets I ordersd were in the bag. I called the resraurant to let them know I was not happy but of course no one answered. Additionally, they did not include a receipt which is needed to file a corp complaint. I ended up throwing the food away. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and they failed miserably!

This place is amazing! One thing I want to touch on is amazing customer service! Most places get a bad rep because people only review when they have a negative experience, but I can tell you I’m a regular at this location and it is amazing! Great food! Great service! And a great place to take a break from the heat! Thanks taco bell!

Don’t sell breakfast after 10:00 A.M. as they stop having eggs randomly. Attempted to get breakfast burritos two days in a row with the same result of employees informing about unable to serve breakfast after 10:00 A.M. even though Taco Bell advertises they sell breakfast until 11:00 A.M. Not looking so good for a brand new store. Ensure proper preparations are made and are followed through. If not then why are you even up and running?

I’ve been to many different Taco Bell’s in my life, but this was my first time at this location. You kind of know what you’re getting into at most Taco Bell’s, but my order here hit me like a gosh darn Mac truck. I’ve never been more sick in my life. I had Taco Bell coming out of both ends for a whole day. It was so bad that I had to take off of work to recover the next day. As close and convenient as this location is, I can’t will myself to ever come back. Taco Bell, I’m breaking up with you. For good. 3

The only thing about this location is that Maps hasn’t updated to where it doesn’t recognize that there’s a whole shopping center nearby that you can go through to get to Taco Bell. For now, Maps tells you to take Coit to the light after 380, then make a left, go to the end of the road just to make a left, then go to the end of that road, then MAKE A LEFT ONTO 380. If you wanna know what hell is like, try making a left onto 380 in an intersection that doesn’t have a stoplight for 380 traffic. Of course, the first couple times I went to this location, I didn’t realize I could cut through the shopping center parking lot.

Girls who seemed high-school kids were laughing and eating in the drive-thru and didn’t even get my order right. It was not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this POS establishment, but it will certainly be my last. Food wasn’t even good tf a guy gotta do to get some mid tacos and they can’t even make it mid.
