I’ve been to this location a few times, this past year and they are very slow, even with a good amount of staff. Always see a few standing around. I don’t know, but when I used to work in fast food and its busy, we get things done, help each other out and get people on their way, so we can chill with no interruptions. I’ve also experienced the store closing earlier than the hours say.. with no one responding at drive thru. Don’t know if that’s still happening. I try avoiding this place, unless I’m really craving and want to go somewhere close.

Would give this give this place zero stars if I could. If you want fast service, DO NOT COME HERE. We placed an order in the lobby and waited 15 minutes for our food. When I asked the woman at the counter, she simply told me, “we have a lot of orders”. Meanwhile, I saw them service several people through the drive through while we waited a literal eternity for our food. Not to mention every time I come to this location they always forget something. Last time I came, they burnt my food to a crisp to the point it was inedible and forgot my sauce Do not come here!!!

I am so disappointed. We have been such fans of Taco Bell for many years, but the last couple of years have been having major issues. Today was one of the worst experiences so far. I ordered on the app and when trying to pay it said there was an error and to try again later. When I tried again to order I found two orders had gone through. I asked at the pick-up location before they made the two orders and they said there was nothing they could do to cancel the second order! There was no way on the app to cancel the order either. I understand the app is an issue with corporate and that must be frustrating for the employees (they said a customer had the same problem the day before and made a scene about it). However, that isn’t where my problems ended. They made me feel like a terrible person for trying to ask for help on how to cancel the double order. Then I went to fill up my drink and all of the soda at the Pepsi machine as flat and I couldn’t drink any of it! When I asked for help they treated me poorly again and said the issue happened the night before and it was a Pepsi problem, not their problem and didn’t offer anything to help (and again they can’t do any sort of refund when I ordered on the app). I am so sad that Taco Bell is having so many issues and the customer service seems to be lacking. The one possitive I can say is that the person who made the order did a great job and everything was made as I ordered it (which I usually have at least one thing made wrong each visit). So, thanks to the employee who made the food!

No manager in the store at 5:30 pm on 08/29/2023. Would not even speak to the customers at the front counter. After 15 minutes. I went out to drive and said I am here for door dash I told to come back inside. I asked where is your manager I was told there was not one there come back in side employees fighting and screaming at each other horrible services.

The Celina location (which the inside was open until 12am) was out of meat, so we drove to this location and at 10pm the doors were locked? We came here because it said both restaurant and drive thru were open until 2am. I understand the inside restaurant closing a little earlier, but by 10? What in the world.

I ordered a taco supreme in the self checkout kiosk because no one was at the counter when I arrived. Before payment, it asked me if I wanted to make my taco fresco style. It sounded good so I said yes. And then I paid for my taco supreme. When I got my taco, it was a taco with meat, tomatoes, and lettuce. It had no cheese or sour cream. I took it back to the counter and said “I ordered a taco supreme and got a regular.” The employee said “No, you ordered a taco supreme fresco style”. I asked what that meant and he said “fresco means no sour cream or cheese”. I thought it was something different and yeah, it’s my fault but it’s dumb that the computer would give you the option to pay for “supreme” and ask you if you want it to be not supreme. And the employee should have just fixed it without being condescending especially since I paid the extra for supreme and didn’t get it. Maybe that should have been a red flag that the customer may have been confused. The last few trips have been less and less desirable.

Absolutely horrible. We carefully asked for full beans on many of our visits. Refried beans specifically. Multiple times they have given us full beef instead. This is my latest order which if full beef. Keep in mind this isn’t a once in a while thing it’s been consistent. Don’t go if you are vegetarian. I’m not but I prefer beans but I can’t imagine what it’s like if a vegan or vegetarian got beef instead of beans.

Interior & exterior have been remodeled, but the one thing they didn’t do was replace the old flooring, so the floors constantly look dirty. This location continues to have issues with having more than 2 or 3 workers, yet Taco Bell continues to build more locations near this location. I just don’t understand the logic behind that.

Ordered thru the kiosk for dine in. Waited 10 minutes. No food. They were not busy. Only two tables occupied inside the restaurant. Went to the counter and asked them where my food was. They asked me for my name and looked it up on the monitor. They apologized and made the order. She handed my my bag of food and walked off. I had to walk behind the counter to get my own drink cup. 7 dirty tables in the restaurant. You can do better.
