I mean it’s the same old Taco Bell food they’ve been serving up for years, so you either love it or you don’t. The soft taco shells were a bit dry around the edges but who hasn’t gotten use to that already, so whats to complain about. Its not like it would do any good anyway. The service was all that anyone could expect. I have a fear that our future generations just might not be able to speak at all, considering the very clear lack of verbalizational skills I witnessed during my visit. Good thing the price is displayed on the order summary screen in the drive thru, otherwise I wouldn’t have had the correct currency in hand once I arrived at the payment receiving window. And if I had been told “thank you” or “have a good day”, I’m almost certain that the young lady handing the orders out the window would have had premature heart failure and then OMG nobody in line behind me would have been able to receive they’re orders.

Honestly so dissatisfied. My tacos were so soggy and stuck to the paper not even the top of taco was crunchy like how? This was the second time it’s happened. The amount of time from leaving the location to eating time was no more than 5-7 min to be THAT SOGGY

One thing I heard is that the corporate owned locations have discontinued Dr Pepper on their soft drink menu. This location, on Arapaho Rd in Richardson, is a franchise, which has the option to decide if Dr Pepper will stay or go. This change came about nearly 4 years ago. Dr Pepper is still here! (Happy day) I have not been to Taco Bell for at least 3 years until now. Hope NACHO FRIES will become a more permanent, or at least a long term menu item. If not, I have a knockoff recipe to make some at home.

Always impressed! The restaurant is small but packs a big punch. I had the speciality burrito which was delicious and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great too, with a lively and energetic atmosphere. Overall, I think Taco Bell is an amazing restaurant and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great taco experience!

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever experienced. My first encounter with this store was when I ordered for pickup a couple of months back. I stood at the counter (I could see my order sitting there) waiting for assistance. They all looked at me and turned their heads as if I didn’t exist. One employee locked the doors behind me because they clearly didn’t want customers inside, which was around 1-2pm. Another employee told me that I had to drive through when my food was clearly sitting 5 feet away during regular business hours. This time I ordered food for delivery. After 2 hours with no food, I called and received no answer. It is the next day and there has been no food in sight. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order there again.
