This locations employees have the worst customer service skills.They treat clients as if they are a bother. Also Sofia started arguing instead of trying to solve our issue. This Taco Bell needs to start fresh with all new employees. This is not the first time we’ve had issues at this location. My rating is less than 5 stars, hopefully someone in management will see these reviews & try to motivate their employees to take pride in their jobs and put into practice their customer service skills.

You know Taco Bell is Taco Bell usually, but I have to say that whoever is doing the hiring at this one has hit the jackpot! Staffing is amazing! They are so nice when speaking to you, and the food lately has been so much better. You can actually see lettuce cheese and tomato. Congrats to the managers and your staff! I have noticed!!!

The food doesn’t taste bad, but they’ve never gotten my order correct. So I end up having something I didn’t want. Not only that, but the person at the counter couldn’t even find my order, saying it wasn’t there and being cocky about it. Then when they found my order, it wasn’t correct. At least eight items for my family were incorrect. Pretty much the norm for any Taco Bell though, isn’t it?

Now I see why the 3.5 rating. Went inside to order. Nobody greeted me, was told to order at the Kiosk. I had cash. So I left. This is how you lose a customer for life. It wasn’t that busy and the kitchen was full of workers.

The staff was servile and blandly pleasant in their approach while providing ample and delicious food. Who doesn’t love themselves some taco bell . We had tacos nachos, Mexican pizza, and some cinna sticky things that my fiancée just raves about and obsessively requires. In the long time I’ve been a member of the bell club. I’ve yet to have a horrifying bad experience, nor even a remotely viewd experience that wasn’t outstanding in its delicious taste and prompt delivery. Even the simp athetic youth of the day cannot be offended by the big bell belief of incredibly tasty munchies that hit the spot four 20 years or more. I’ll be ringing that bell again soon, them tacos have me always looking to eat them with great attention to the finer details and wonderful taste.

asked for my burrito grilled & checked before i left & it was not grilled! workers must be high because they even put on the ticket grill the food! they grilled it after i had to check & tell them they didn’t grill my food & even then my burrito was runny & fell apart, they are also very stingy on the sauce they won’t give you more than 6 packets of hot sauce! very dissatisfied in my visit.
