On July 24, 2023 ( approx 8pm )I stopped at Taco Bell to get something to eat after work. First the young lady at the drive thru sounded as though she did not want to be at work. When I got to the window to pay she opened the window, took my payment and gave me my order with the same attitude she had at the drive thru. Just handed me the food and CLOSED the window as though she was upset that I was spending my money at this establishment….Bad, Bad customer service!!!!!….These young people need some serious customer service training….Maybe they should be required to visit Quik Trip and find out who trains the employees there because they have some of the best customer service in Texas….Taco Bell manager in Desoto, Tx on Beltline Rd this kind of customer service is unacceptable!!!!…

Visited this location a couple weeks ago and was really disappointed. Normally I choose this taco bell of the one I’m lancaster that’s actually closer house but now I’ll have to go to cedar hill. When I visited this location, I ordered on the app and when I arrived I realized the location was still selling the cantina chicken tacos which you can’t order on the app so I asked if I could place an additional order for two. The young man said yes and I went to the window, he took my payment and didn’t give me a receipt. When he handed me the bag, I asked if it also contained the two additional tacos and he said yes so I went home. When I got home I realized the tacos were missing and I called the location to see if they would give them to me since I didn’t have a receipt. The lady got rude and said yeh whatever and hung up on me. I’ve worked food service for 12 years and I have never acted like that to a customer. This was just a very disappointing experience. Thankfully the young man at the window was nice and the food was good but idk if that’s enough to keep coming to this location when the management staff clearly has issues.

My food is normally alright, but the Doritos taco was horrible. The shell had a horrible taste and I emptied the inside onto one of my nachos. Well it messed the nachos up. The other non Dorito taco shell and nachos were fine. I want a refund and then I’ll give the 5 stars.

this place is absolutely horrible! they have the worst customer service which I can usually handle. But, last night they gave me stale tacos and wouldn’t remake my order. I brought back the receipt and the food , and they still didn’t. HORRIBLE!

The late-night staff members are the worst. They hold people in line for hours, taking one order at a time and not taking the next car order until they have given the first customer their meal. People please don’t spend your hard earned money at this location. I wish I could give this location zero stars

The girl at the window taking order asked me was i blind, because I asked her which drinks macchine was working, she told me the slush machines were out so I asked her which drinks were available she called me a ptih she told me I look like a man she threatened to come and she hunk herself out the window threatened to hit me and then the man the guy cook actually came out of Taco Bell around to the drive through to my window with his fist balked l up.

The service was alright and the food was mild to warm not hot & dont get the hard shell Taco’s unless you eat them before the meat settles on the bottom of the shell making a hole on the bottom and all the stuff falls out before you can bite into it.
