Service here has always been great for me! While their can be slip ups here and their no restaurant is perfect but I find this Taco Bell near to that goal. Team members always treat me with respect and the food mostly always is hot and made to order. Many Taco Bell’s hand out bland stale food and I’ve never encountered that issue here at this location. Overall great restaurant, I recommend!

I ordered online through the app. I arrived and my order had not even been made. Then when I received the order I asked them if they had added lettuce to my pizza and he said yes. I opened it and there was no lettuce, but yet I was charged extra. Check your orders before you leave. They clearly cannot follow written directions.

100 % kiosk to dine. Big orders with addons or holding stuff makes it a real pain. I think crapping on customer service to save a little is not the way to it. Only big companies are doing this these days. If you support doing your own work and not being on their payroll and then paying them full ever increasing retail then keep supporting this local trend

I am on my 7th call in a row that hasn’t been picked up at all- I went earlier today and got a chicken quesadilla and discovered it had literally nothing in it. No sauce, no meat, just a tortilla. I can’t get anyone to answer to even complain directly, the phone rings until it hangs up.
