I don’t understand what it is with you guys and the nacho cheese?? Most Taco Bell’s short on it but this is by far the worst. The reason I order extra because I know they only fill it half full but 1/4 full and charge for it?? I understand making return on food items but seriously and the potatoes are also hit or miss on freshness the cheese could help cover that up but no we don’t even want to give you what you pay for. Just stop charging more and giving less!!

Never get our order right. Ordered breakfast a few weeks ago and the eggs weren’t even cooked. Tonight we ordered Doritos locos tacos and a cheese quesadilla. The tacos hardly had anything in them ( I just asked for no sour cream) they were mostly shell and then the quesadilla had zero chicken. This location is also really dirty.

New location is eventually gonna get up to speed. I really didn’t have any negative, but they did fold a bean burrito the wrong way so no big deal. A little too much sauce on the chicken quesadilla and I needed a few more napkins to clean my hands. The food is good and I really enjoyed the crunchy beef tacos. Mexican Pizza would have been nice. The drive thru was pretty fast and the associates were in good spirit. Recommend!

Well i had a very pleasant experience and then it changed quickly. Recently i had ordered from a very nice black female who made the experience wonderful. I placed my order and drove home only to find the line employees failed to make my order correctly. I then called and spoke to the manager on duty and was assured my order would be replaced and made correctly. I returned to the location on the way home today to get it replaced, only to be told they didn’t have my name, then they did and were being very rude and short with me. My order was made wrong again and when i expressed my discontent i was told i didn’t need to have an attitude, i then asked to speak to the manager on duty and was questioned why i needed to talk to her by yet another employee trying to antagonize me by being sarcastic. Both employees are lucky It’s a hot day! I plan on speaking to the area or district manager to prevent anyone else from dealing with this type of behavior!

This location sucks. Manager has to do better. Just left not too long ago. After paying for a Mexican pizza, they didn’t have the ingredients for it and informed me at the window. So I ordered a crunch wrap with extra beef instead and they give me a flimsy crunch wrap with less meat than it normally has. A whole bunch of young kids working here which isn’t a bad thing until they don’t take their job seriously. When I give it back to the worker and inform him of the mistake, he saids “ I’m just an employee and smirks and walks away” okay?? how funny… what a joke buddy.… Common if you have a job take it seriously. Not coming back to this location.

Always gets the order wrong. The employees know us now because every time we come it’s wrong. “We always get their order wrong” has been said to us multiple times. All we ever ask for is no lettuce on our tacos. That’s it. They put lettuce every single time. Once they didn’t put any meat on the cantina taco and literally gave us a cold tortilla with cheese. I don’t know how much more simple it can get. I just don’t know. I understand they’re high school kids but if you cannot get basic instructions right, why are you working?

Waited for 20 min for my order to be ready and never gave me a refund. My food was made but it is not what I asked for in return,they just brushed it under the table to make it seem my problem will go away. My time was wasted because I was on my lunch break and could not really enjoy my food because of the wait. No one had the sense of urgency in this fast food establishment everyone was really just standing around.

It’s taco bell. All ratings are based on what you expect to get from taco bell. The food was hot and put together properly. Order was correct. People are extra friendly, and the drive thru moves quickly. The inside of this location in Fate is still nice and clean. I have never received poor service or skimpy food items at this location.
