The customer service here is horrible out of the last 10 times I’ve come to this location it has been bad more than good. Beware if you have a service dog they tried to kick me and my husband out. She was wearing her vest and everything, long story short had to get the district manager involved.

Probably the worst drive-thru encounter i’ve ever had in my life. We had two mobile orders and they had forgotten one of our tacos. When I informed the lady at the window, she became very rude, started interrogating us and made us pull everything out of our bags (which was wrapped horribly, causing taco pieces to go all over my vehicle). We eventually got our taco from her and she slammed the window shut in our faces afterwards. I get having a bad day, but there’s no excuse for taking it out on someone who did nothing to you. This location should consider hiring some new people because we will never be returning.

The worst taco bell I have ever had. Lady at the counter was nice though. Soft taco looked like a tiny taquito nothing but a tortilla pretty much. Guy who made my food was nice also. I blame the manager or franchise save your time go to new boston taco legit taco bell. Terrible

We wanted to go in to eat, but for some reason the door was locked. An employee inside motioned us around to the drive through. Taco bell tacos are great fresh. My choices were, either wait till we got home to eat or eat the tacos in the car. I opted to wait. They were a soggy mess when we arrived home. At least the dogs had a nice $12 snack.

Sure would be nice to get nacho fries that weren’t ice cold, half full, and just dumped all in the bag. Would also be nice if the employees didn’t have an attitude for no apparent reason. I guess to make you uncomfortable and not ever want to return. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I came here 8/3/2021 around 8:30PM. This was the best Taco Bell in town but has slowly turned into garbage.

I stopped by to get some food and noticed someone left their phone on a table in their dine in area. So I was notifying them someone left their phone. The lady taking the drive thru orders informed me it was her phone very nicely. When another lady came out of no where saying if it’s not mine I shouldn’t be touching it rude as hell. This honestly ruined my experience completely. Like if someone is trying to notify you someone’s phone is left on the table I feel like a thank you would be nice instead of getting profiled!!
