I have gotten breakfast here 3 times now and each time it has gotten better. The food is fast, DELICIOUS, hot, and the price is reasonable. You get a lot for the price too. I had been getting the bacon Crunchwrap but decided to go with steak this time. Whomever made this, I want to hug him. I scarfed down half before I thought to take a photo- that’s how delicious it was. 100% recommend this particular Taco Bell on 31 in chandler. Top notch!

I love taco bell breakfast. What I don’t love is this location. On 2 different occasions my order has been messed up. That’s normally not a big deal but the way that it was handled is. On both occasions the drive thru employee took the burrito that I had taken a bite of back through the window. Gross. Then today I guess my punishment for their incompetence was to give me a burrito half the size of the one I sent back. I used to work for taco bell and this would have been unacceptable. Either way I am done with this location.

One of my burritos was wrong. I went to the counter to get it fixed the first young lady saw it was wrong threw it out and called for another. The “manager” proceeded to tell the kitchen worker not to make it. Then came to the counter and started screaming at me that she made it correct. I asked the first girl to pull it from the trash. Spread all three burritos out and showed her it was wrong. She still insisted it was correct. I requested a refund. She refunded the wrong transaction and then screamed at me that it was the correct refund. I tried calling the owner but never received a call back. I drove to Tyler to get the correct order. I am a manager and have never ever been treated this way or treated a customer this way. I’m absolutely appalled.

I get off work late and it’s the only place that’s open I go there I haven’t eaten all day and I order the Chalupa Supreme with a taco I tried to order chicken first they were out .Apparently they’re out of everything else they charged me for 2 because the Supremes cost more. As you can see I didn’t get anything but cheese and a little bit of meat very disappointed and then I got home and I tried to call and because it was exactly 12 I couldn’t so now I’m stuck still hungry didn’t get what I paid for this is not the first time all she had to do was check the bag before she handed it to a guest. I guess it’s quantity of service not quality.

Taco Bell Chandler might be the worst ever. It takes talent to get as much lettuce in a quesadilla as they do and then somehow chop it up and manage to blend the tortilla and paper it comes in all together. I mean who doesn’t like lettuce and paper with a little dab of mild sauce after a long day. Consistently horrible service.

Stopped in just before closing (I didn’t know what time they closed or I wouldn’t have cut it close) I wish they would have told me they were already done for the day instead of giving me a sub par taco with less than a tablespoon of meat. Seems as if this place really needs some adult supervision. I wish I could post a picture here. It’s sad that they call this a taco. I’ll be contacting corporate as I suggest everyone else with a complaint do.

Lady in the cash counter was so nice and try to help us to decide our order and explained their flexibility to accommodate customer wishes to choose menu easily with no hesitations and reservations. Bean burritos were made frescostyle and were tasty. Place was clean and seating was comfortable.

Hate leaving bad reviews but this place has gone downhill. I ordered the cheese potatoes and it was awful. It was all cheese and a couple burnt potatoes. My own cat wouldn’t eat the cheese. It was that bad ♀️ ♀️

Young lady working the counter was pleasant , however the language coming from the back I was thankful my grandsons weren’t with me , get my food and taco should of been served as mini taco salad … all in crumbs. And meat was stale

Used to be one of the better taco bells around but now it’s just trash. My bean burrito was 99% tortilla with a bean and a cheese. Most of the red sauce was on the outside of the burrito as well.
