Taco Bell isn’t as great as it used to be years ago but it is a dependable place to go when the munchies hit. I’ve enjoyed many of their menu items over the years with my all time favorites being the Mexican Pizza Combo and the Volcano Menu items. I was disappointed to find out that the Volcano Menu return did not include the Volcano Nachos but the Volcano Taco and Volcano Burrito were both as good as I remember.

Ordered through the app, drove across town to pick it up. Ordered a soft taco add beans and rice NO CHEESE for my TODDLER with a MILK ALLERGY and when I called the store the man who claimed to be the manager was very rude and hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow.

This is a nice Taco Bell, my food is always correct and the employees are all very nice and helpful. At night the drive thru line can get pretty long, however, the employees seem to go as fast as possible. The inside is clean and a few of the workers always say hello and ask how I’m doing when I’m ordering!

So I ordered a black bean burrito with no cheese, guess what was on there…cheese. I explained it to the order taker and he told whomever was making the order and they still failed to make it correctly. Ordered 2 2 packs of Cinnanbons….got only 1 pack of 2. Drink machine makes watered down drinks and I just don’t know what else to say. Disappointing trip. When I called, no one answered.

Actually the best Taco Bell I’ve been to! This location was sooo fast. We barely had to wait, which is a miracle because most TBs take their sweet sweet time (like the Taco Bell on pipeline in hurst). They also did a good job at not being skimpy with the fillings. At other TBs they add the filling only to the middle and the rest is empty. The cheesy gordita crunch with black beans: delicious. The crunch wrap supreme also very good. 10/10 would recommend this Tbell. I also appreciate that the people working at the window were looking at the sunset.

Got there about 5:15 on a weeknight. Kitchen had tons of people working, but no one at the registers. My husband and I saw the new self-order kiosk and decided to give that a shot. Saw a couple other people come in and use the kiosk, and then a few people lined up at the counter. After they’d been standing at the counter for 5 minutes, someone finally noticed them and said they had to use the kiosk.

I’m not sure why I continue to visit this location. I’ve only visited this location 3 times in 3 months. Every single time the order is wrong and when I say something to the associates, they look at me like “how dare you want exactly what you pay for”. I dined inside this last time and paid attention to the customers that came in and I counted 3 out of 5 that experienced the exact same issues I’m describing.

It’s a Taco Bell. Usually the food is about the same, any one you go to. But when I order 10 packets of hot sauce in the app for this Taco Bell, I get at least that. I’ve found with other locations that I regularly have to ask for it. I appreciate the attention paid to orders here vs. other TBs.

Good Food but honestly every-time I’ve gone to this taco bell they always get at least one thing wrong, Either missing items or swapped items. Just feel like the employees don’t care and are just trying to get peoples orders done with.
