It was at least the third time I’ve tried to go in and order food at this Taco Bell. Same big guy at the front with a beard is extremely rude. Pretty much told me I could use the kiosk or leave and there wasn’t one customer in the drive-through or in front of me. However, they sure had time to laugh and talk in the back and playing jokes in the kitchen. I’ll never go back to this Taco Bell again!

There is a Male shift MHMR there whose a thin African American with long hair, and needs to pull up his pants that should not be in that position. He was verbally aggressive towards his staff, one a new hire, and the other punched out to leave to get away from him…he chased her out to parking lot and wouldn’t let her leave. She was crying, bless her. The system was having issues and it threw orders into chaos. I was there to pick up a delivery order, a few customers had come into the store because their orders were wrong. One gentleman and his family waited for inside dining for over 45 minutes for the food. No one would come to front counter to help anyone, especially that shift manager. It was a really bad experience. If your having issues with keeping good staff, then you should look at your management. This young man had very long hair. Very unprofessional.

Worst taco bell ever, girl with purple was so rude, no eye contact, no thanks, nothing. we didn’t get half our order and no one would even answer the phone when I called to let them know. Hope this one shuts down bc looks like multiple people have complained about one specific purple haired person and they are still out here messing up people’s nights (it was my child’s food that wasn’t included).

Horrible experience, We went there 1 hour and 15 minutes before they closed and they told us they can’t serve us any drinks because their drink machine is down which I understand but then she (an employee) proceeded to tell me about how they refuse to fix it and problems That probably should not be discussed with customers. We were the only people in line and we drove up to the window after we ordered and decided we wanted nacho fries well when we asked for them to add the nacho fries to our order, the guy in the back said that they don’t have any made and it we would have to wait for 4 minutes so we said we were willing to wait for four minutes and then he said, “but they’ll have to go all the way around the building back to the window to re-order it again” Mind You nobody else in line… I would understand this rule if they had a long wait but that was unacceptable. once we got our food, it was all mushy and look like there was no care put into it. The photo listed is supposed to be a Mexican pizza.

Im assuming shes a manager, but the purple hair lady has been horrible to my elderly father. Hes gone in twice and she told him he could only use the kiosk. He has no idea how to use the thing. She was incredibly nasty to him and refused to help. He told her they have lost his business and SHE said that was fine, they will probably lose more too. I cant believe ppl have the audacity to treat others this way

I wouldn’t recommend using the drive through. You’ll pay full price and only get 3/4 of what you ordered (and half of that will be wrong). I’ve lost count how many times they’ve not given me everything.

I was asked how many hot sauce I wanted 2 times. Even after 2 times I didn’t get what I asked for. The inside was locked and I didn’t have enough time on my lunch to get back in drive-thru. Food was good. Service is very slow, 8 min wait for 4 tacos

Burrito is good sized but i asked for a beefy melt burrito and not a rice burrito. Only my first bite and last bite had beef in it. Also came during happy hour and they didn’t ring me up for a $1 drink and kept the normal price..

I have only been to Taco Bell 2 times when Taco Casa was closed. Both times I have never had worse food. Taco shells broken all over and stuck to the paper. I will never go back.
