I come here at night to make uncomplicated orders. The manager Derek is incredibly rude, he cancelled my friends order when she made a quick run to the bathroom because it was taking 20 minutes to make her food. Absolutely unacceptable and messed up, my friends order shouldn’t take 35min to be made when it wasn’t even busy. Was snapping at me about the 2 drinks I ordered (the only thing I ordered) and refused to take my order and was more busy paying attention to making his employees miserable. Made me use a kiosk and kept giving me attitude and was yelling at me.

this guy tried telling me that he does not have a supervisor and “no, i will not give you my name” when asked who do we complain to because after waiting over 20minutes, without a car in front of us and no inside customers, he said he wouldn’t honor the $1 happy hour freeze drinks for our kid, it was 5:17pm

Sometimes, maybe even all the time, life is about the little things. Things like unbroken taco shells. I freaking love taco shells. It makes me happy when I can tell they were treated with care and kindness. Truly thank you. The burrito I got lacked a certain amount of stiffness as they always do. The night crew here is phenomenal. Occasionally they make mistakes on my order but when i bring it to their attention they provide excellent customer service and fix my order and give me compensation. Most good for nothing lazy workers in the world, first we ordered food off DoorDash and our order got cancelled and said “not all items available” so then we drove there to get food and ordered the same exact food and they had everything we had ordered on DoorDash, and my order which I had ordered with no tomato and confirmed with the worker at the window that it had no tomato’s and was reassured it had no tomato’s ended up having tomato’s on it, you work in customer service, listen to the customer and take their order as told, it’s not that difficult.
