I was in the drive thru line when I noticed two employees carrying a giant pot to the dumpster and heard them banging it on the side of the dumpster when I was ordering. When I opened my chicken power menu bowl, it had no beans in it, which they obviously knew, because they clearly just dumped out all their beans for whatever reason and chose not to tell me.

Worst Taco Bell ever. ALWAYS short staffed. I thought I’d give them another chance since I like Taco Bell a bunch. But this specific location is by far just the worse. Walked in, was never acknowledged, manager kept on taking drive thru orders back to back. I peeked out the back, cooks just see me and keep about their business. I mean I can i get a “we’ll be with you shortly”?? Nope, just a state and that’s it. I walked out, I’m on my lunch break, I don’t have till Christmas to be helped. If I could I’d give ‘em -negative stars.

The staff is always so friendly to me I work right up the road from them at the cash store and come often just because the staff is awesome there’s a young boy who works day shift and he is the sweetest thing I don’t know his name though and heaven on night shift. But everyone is always awesome! Ive never left a google review I’m my life but this location deserves it! And they always give lots of hot sauce thanks guys

I need to stop going to this location. They consistently forget items or Miss create items. This time I got none of the hot sauces we have before, or tacos are smashed, and everything is just thrown together. I made a terrible mistake coming here after an 18 hour work day and should have checked the food. They mess it up every time.

Ordered food on the app. Paid for food on the app. Go to the drive-thru to pick up, and they say they ran out of beans so they didn’t make my food. The kids working there didn’t know how I could get a refund either. So basically they stole my money!!
