Very great service received and it was minutes to 12 midnight or later the cashier wasn’t rushing to go home, all workers had friendly smiles on their face and was very welcoming at the drive thru window. The order taker was polite. I gave the restaurant a 4 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating only because my food was cold rice in protein bowl had to be sitting out for a while and same goes for black beans you can tell it was left out for awhile. And not changed out Other than great service! I’m so glad they have new people that want to work there it makes a difference.

They didn’t have anything on the menu here (no volcano tacos, nacho fries or Doritos locos), when I just went to a Taco Bell down the street just two days ago and they had a full menu. Not to mention the cashier was unknowledgeable and rude. Definitely not going to this location again. 1/10.

They were very busy and we did have to wait for fresh beef but we did not mind. Staff was nice and took care of us. I mean cars were wrapped around the building so we totally understand. Night manager was great

I have several stomach conditions so I have to customize my order and take things off usually. They intentionally ignored that and caused me tremendous pain by putting something spicy on my food. It sent me to the hospital. That’s how important it is that your employees follow simple customization orders and/or diet restrictions! Will be contacting corporate for a refund and I hope improvements are made!

I just spent my entire lunch break trying to get through their drive-thru. The gentleman asked me to hold and he would be right with me. I should have known better when the guy in front of me sat there for a 14 minutes before he drove off. I said hello. Several times after 15 minutes myself I proceeded to exit the drive-thru. To my surprise, the guy who had drove off originally was at the window. Obviously he had placed in order there. 17 minutes later that customer finally pulled out of the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window, the young man inside was obviously flustered wearing gloves as he was preparing the food and handing it out. Not blaming the young man at all, but this Taco Bell should lock its doors If it does not have enough employees to serve the customers. No, customer should have to spend their entire lunch hour waiting in a drive-thru just to leave empty-handed. I cannot believe he thought I was actually going to order food at that moment after all I had been through. I hope someone from Taco Bell reads this and realizes you need to start taking care of your locations or at least close the lobby or drive through one. Maybe then the customers who are getting served at least are getting responses. Absolutely ridiculous service.
