Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE service! I didn’t pay my money for my food to not be up to par. There were no toppings or meat on my food. It’s ridiculous. I should’ve listened to the crew member who advised me to not eat there bc the place was nasty and they weren’t referring to only the food. This place needs to close and customer service training needs to take place, especially for the manager who was working there today, I didn’t get her name but I know her hair was a greenish color. She had absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. It was noticeable that she didn’t care or want to be there for that matter. It was just bad. I will not be back.

I use to love coming to this Taco Bell, they have hired some of the most ratchet staff I have seen in a long time. The food takes forever, it’s still cold and it seems like the staff is playing more than getting food out the window. I know just go to the one on the Freeway. They also always seem to not have something lately.

When you are in the drive thru every time i go order they only are concerned by helping you is when someone is behind you to order. The food is disgusting i have had diarrhea on almost every occasion with their meat. They use expired ingredients such as the Mexican pizza taco shells they taste terrible I almost threw up trying to eat one bite and i took it back asked fir a refund and the manager rolled her eyes some short caucasian lady ; she didn’t apologize just looked mad at me for returning bad food 🙁 this happened yesterday at 5:13pm 7/6/23

I understand more than well that I came at a late hour rush but I am still standing here after two hours and multiple doordash orders and still no food. I was told that I would have to get in touch with doordash support and once I did and reput in my order they still didn’t acknowledge my order. Either hire more staff or train the employees better to be more attentive to which orders have been there the longest so people can have their food.

No one would acknowledge me waiting for my pickup order. Finally I hear am employee ask another customer if they’re here for “Mathew” (my order). I say I am and no acknowledgement or it’s almost ready. Finally after waiting 15 minutes an employee just drops a bag on the counter, doesn’t say anything and walks off. I look at the receipt that was just floating around the counter near the bag and it says “Matthew”, but again no acknowledgement of me or at least shout “Matthew” before just walking off. The bag was not sealed or anything as it should for doordash orders which this was.

I sat at the order menu for over 5 mins before I was greeted, I was the only person in line with minimal traffic at the restaurant. When I was greeted, I was greeted with a sharp and unfriendly “can I help you”. Before I was done ordering I was told “Pull forward to the window” again sharply and unfriendly I continued finishing my order and was told once again to pull forward. Once I got to the window, I was handed my drinks with not even a hello. All I was told was my price. From this point on not another word was spoken to me from the drive thru attendant. After I was given my card back, the not so “fast food” wait began. For almost 25 mins I looked behind me and watched the cars pile up with no end in site. I consistently peered into the drive thru window and saw nothing but confusion, there were multiple personnel walking around without a care in the world as to the growing problem outside. I watched a woman stand at the counter for almost 5-10mins with multiple employees not even acknowledging her existence. I watched the drive thru attendant touch her phone multiples times with gloved hands, she kept walking back to the kitchen. I sure hope she was not not handling my food. And to top it all of instead of asking me if I wanted sauce she just threw 2 handfuls of sauce if her choosing into the bag. I was then handed my ordered with out a word… no sorry no have a good evening nothing. This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at taco bell. This is the first review I have left for any place of business ever.

Today the store employees were super slow! I was dashing and stayed in drive thru for about 45mins waiting for an order of $3.50. It’s one of the poorest service among the stores I have visited. Damn! The employees don’t care. This is a horrible store! Employees are disorderly, confused and don’t really care much!

I was rushed through my order at the drive through. Also i was ignored when i tried to order my drink after telling my meal. Then i get to the window, this man says nothing to me. No how much my order is nothing. Just looks at me with a blank stare with his hand out for my card. What kind of people are we hiring here. He obviously lied on his application if he said he has any communication skills at all.
