If you ever want to eat here again, I strongly suggest you never step foot inside. The smell inside the restaurant was so horrid I couldn’t stop heaving long enough to even open my food. The place was not clean at all. Taco bell is one of my favorite go to’s, sadly after what I smelled coming out of there, this place is definitely crossed off my list.

Please spend your money elsewhere! Obviously this location is not trained correctly. Or management really doesnt care about quality in any way. We ordered a cheesy gordita crunch. The entire thing had maybe 5 shreds of cheese on it. There was almost no meat or lettuce on it. Also ordered a crunch wrap. It only had meat on it. No shredded cheese, nacho cheese, sour cream, or lettuce. Never been so disappointed in a fast food location before!

Ordered the spicy grilled cheese double steak burrito and it came with essentially nothing in it. The jalapeños were basically only just thrown on top of the burrito minus like 2 slices and didn’t even include the fiesta chips or rice. It was literally just sauce and some steak. My boyfriend got the regular one in his box combo and it was even more filled up than mine and included everything it was supposed to come with.

Me and my husband ate inside the store yesterday for the first time in a long time (we usually go through the drive thru) but today we wanted to enjoy it inside and let me tell you it was so good! The food came out so hot and fresh and the whole staff were so friendly! They even brought our food to our table for us.

This location is awful. If there’s a problem with an online order, you have to contact them online as well. I had missing items and haven’t received any response. My husband placed an online order around 1am one night after work. He got to the window and there was two girls just sitting and talking. He told them he had an online order and they claimed they couldn’t make it because the grill wasn’t working. Which is a total lie. They gave him some nachos and 3 soft tacos. Magically I guess since nothing there worked; including them. And they can’t refund online orders. Not sure how they were going to fill their last two hours, but I don’t care either. No longer going to this location.

We have been up and down Saginaw Boulevard’s fast food scene waaay more than I care to admit and Taco Bell consistently has the best customer service, food quality, and least number of errors. Even tonight at 9 PM, the workers had a positive tone, worked efficiently, and nailed the order (and it was very busy too).

The food is decent. I usually get a mexican pizza, which is usually crushed by the time I get home because it’s put at the very bottom of the bag. It’s usually not only crushed, but it’s also usually has hardly any cheese. (I order without the sauce and without the tomatoes), so my mex pizza is usually bare, but I appreciate it when it’s late at night and I’m starving.

1030 PM and 45mins to get our food. I had to give a star just so i can leave a comment. There was 10 to 12 people working and still took 45 minutes. Some people came in after us, order and they got their food before we did. When i did ask where our food was, the got super rude and said it would be out when they came to it on their screen. Ugh i will never go back.
