This Taco Bell used to be pretty good, but the last two times I’ve gone here they’ve been so bad. The most recent time, I ordered through the Taco Bell app and the staff told the driver that my drink “wasn’t on the order”, never gave it to her, and when it arrives the drink was clearly on the receipt. My black bean chalupas had like 10 beans in them, it was pretty much an empty shell. Really depressing and I don’t recommend spending your money here.

This is my second time coming to this location in a row. Not only did they mess up my first tine with getting the worst items but also not getting a refund .This is my second time coming to this location and I ordered online so it would be easier and quicker. When I received the food ,I did get my food items just was missing not 1 but 3 bags of chips . I will not be visiting this location again. Do not recommend .

As far as Taco Bells go this one is pretty reliable. Pretty good order accuracy and the people working there are always friendly. My only complaint is that I’m a Taco Bell breakfast lover, and this one doesn’t open until 9am.

Food was served fast and great. Customer service was amazing. It’s hard to find a fast food establishment where everyone isn’t rude and hates their job. Even if the workers aren’t happy, they were pleasant and very nice.

We came for a quick meal. Ordered our food with modifications on the digital menu. We are vegan and ordered fresco style to avoid dairy. The restraunt was mostly clean. There was at least 6-7 employees and 1 I believe manager in the kitchen. Some were working the line some were standing and talking. I needed to ask for a water cup and one girl looks at me standing at the counter, stops dancing and tells someone else that was working the drive-through window to help me instead of asking me what I needed. I got 1 out of 4 burritos correct that I ordered. It took 2 more attempts to make 3 burritos and they were still not correct. The manager never talked to us. The teenagers appeared to not care and were not following the order. The manager seemed to not have control of the staff and was hanging out with them. My fast meal took 45 min because they did not care. Food overall was good enough even though still wrong. A couple of sides to build myself at the table.

this is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I ordered a large quantity of food for my crew and most of it was not even eatable. the chulpas were so old and hard you couldn’t even chew them. the chicken qasadilla didn’t have any chicken on it. there was beef on 2 of the 12 chulpas I ordered. no to mention I was sitting 35 minutes for old cold food. this place needs new management.

Terrible experience there tonight. It took 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby just to get my order. Then I get it home, start eating, and 2 of the 3 items I got I can’t even eat because of how old and disgusting the items taste. I had to remind them several times about my order and they just kept forgetting about it and making other people’s food who had come in after me. So frustrating. At least if the food was good, it may have been worth it. But the food was terrible. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.

If I could give this Taco Bell location negative stars, I certainly would. My husband went inside the store to place an order as the drive-thru line was extremely long. Despite waiting for an extended period of time, it became apparent that the staff was prioritizing the drive-thru orders over everyone waiting inside the store.

I drove out of my way to go to this location. The staff here is professional, personable. On this day I was between cars and unable to back out like others behind me so I waited in line for nearly an hour for my turn to order. Everybody was going in the same direction… so everyone patiently took their turns because that’s what they wanted to eat that night. Sadly some customers were not happy…
