literally had hair in my food 2 hairs that literally aren’t mine. and my food was wrong also. i also understand that things happen but as i pulled up to the window she was replacing it but kept slamming the window while i was talking. i was being so nice and then gave me my food without even asking about anything. like if i find a hair in my food don’t be rude to me for no reason. . and my food was literally still wrong. always like this at this taco bell. lady was rude and disrespectful. i work in food service, so much can be solved when you’re respectful. but it’s just taco bell so whatever. but still the one on kemp is always much nicer and cleaner.

I was told at the ordering box that I couldn’t order a burrito because only certain items can be ordered at the box and the rest online. So then I was stuck in a long line and had to wait for other cars to leave so that I could leave. But first I said “well I will just get online and order real quick” but I was also told that I couldn’t do that because it would take 15 min to pop up on their screen. I’m pregnant and just got blood drawn and now I’m stuck sitting in a line of a fast food chain that won’t serve me. Is this new? Am I living under a rock? What the heck is happening?

Always out of drinks or food products. Lobby needs more attention in the cleaning department. Workers look overworked and under paid. They’re polite but I’ve seen issues amongst the crew and they’re just ppl trying to make a living.
