I’ve been a regular customer since they opened. Unfortunately, Devan is unprofessional. He accused me of stealing today because I put some ice in my personal cup. Only ice. To cool my homemade lemonade down to go with the food I ordered. I even showed him the lemon slices in it. He said he had me on camera getting more than ice.. I’d love to see that footage because I didn’t! I can’t drink soda.. He charged me $3.. for a small cup of ice in 100° temperatures!

Had a tasty visit to the new Taco Bell in Graham, TX! The food here is consistently fresh, and the staff is top-notch in professionalism. The food has gotten smaller!! Or am I shrinking?? Par don me, but didn’t the quasedillas used to be a couple of burritos over the cheese and / or supposed meat stuff? With sour cream and guacamole? Has that always been extra? They tasted okay, but 15 bucks was very light in the bag.

The night shift is definitely on something. It took 30 minutes to get our food, got payed out for the wrong order. they handed us 3 wrong orders before we even got our food. One of them struggled to even form a sentence. Outright ridiculous staff.

Food cold, crunchy tacos (soft and falling apart) the encharito horrible and was thrown in bag and got all over everything, the soft taco was upside down so when we opened it the filling fell out. Horrible food and service. Beware!!!! I spent $21.00

Im writing this more for my dog than me since im kinda partial to taco casa taste wise…his favorite thing in this world are meaty burritos…but i will say i love that taco bell stays open late when you work all the time and need to find something late at times…i love they have a burrito for vegetarians like myself…something beside a plain bean burrito i mean and last but not least at all i appreciate the fast and very friendly svc from the staff there….particularly the evening crews since thats when i usually am able to get down there …
