I stood at the counter for 10 minutes just to be asked “can you use the kiosk, we are shorthanded. 3 people called in”. No greeting no apology for the wait. 13 people in the lobby and no one is eating because no food is being served. Staff members behind the counter in plain clothes, but not assisting with the orders. I finished my entire drink before my one veggie burrito was provided cold. People are asking for their money back and customers are getting disgruntled. On a good note, the bathroom was clean.

Waited at the counter to order while employees discussed their love life issues! Finally we were told to place our order on the screen inside the door. Ordered, wrong name called for our order. Order was NOT correct, items missing, no concern from employees! It was cold and unappetizing when we got home. Some tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for a very long time! We won’t be back…wasted money!

Had my normal online order and their chips taste like it was over done in sunflower oil. I really don’t enjoy this because it’s different from their usual light salty taste that I enjoy.

Absolutely horrible visit. Waited over 10 minutes for a burrito supreme with extra lettuce. The tortilla was so dried out before making the burrito that when the person tried to fold/wrap it up it had a blow out down the center. The ends were all crunched up. I paid for extra lettuce, there wasn’t any. I was headed out of town and didn’t have time to call or return to get it straight. Totally frustrated to spend almost $5.00 and get something to eat that wasn’t edible. I love Taco Bell, I know this wasn’t the way its supposed to be and it isn’t the “normal”.

Ordered nachos they are old rancid chips. Added steak but they took the beef off. Will not return there.chips in crunchy soft taco also nasty old chips. I should have read reviews.

I’m pretty sure taco bell puts something addicting in their food, I wouldn’t worry to much about it though because I always get a great bowel cleanse after eating here. I love it, it’s a painful addiction of mine that I struggle with every day. I’ve never had bad quality food from this establishment, and will still swing by here as much as I can afford to do so.

Went tonight and placed my normal order, to only get home and find out that they must have ran out of ground beef or they forgot to put it in my crunchwrap supreme. I basically got a tortilla with sourcream, cheese and lettuce. I ordered a beef quesadilla and basically got a tortilla with suace and a sprinkle of beef. Worse Taco Bell ever.

So my review was going to be a positive one because when I called Bri the manager was very respectful and polite about them missing the hard shell Taco. After our call my daughter complained about her burrito saying it was spicy which I had requested no chipotle sauce. So I was like ok I’ll just take them back and let them know. Which I did, and Bri who I spoke with earlier come up with now an attitude and rude. Saying ” Well when you called all you said was you were missing the taco” which is correct that’s all I’m missing, but i ordered two of the chicken burrito with no chipotle sauce which if you open them you can see there’s the chipotle sauce on them. So there are made wrong. Then I guess she didn’t like that so she rolled her eyes and walked off. My daughter and I was like what’s her problem she was way different on the phone. Just was uncalled for because of there mistake.
