I have been patronizing this franchise for a number of years… The staff used to be jovial with great personalities… NOT ANYMORE! … They will not take your order in person when dining in… They just point to the kiosk… They don’t say anything, just point.. No ‘Hi’, no acknowledgement other than pointing… This has happened both of the last two visits… Even asking for catsup for hashbrowns after my breakfast was given was not acknowledged… Their focus does seem to on the drive-thru only, with backs staying intentionally turned away from the dine in counter… The time before today I asked them specifically if they will take my order… The answer was, point to the kiosk and say we’re too busy… Also, as you can see from the picture, the breakfast had hardly a smidgen of sausage crumbles… The good thing was the restaurant dining space was clean… Maybe this was because no one else was in there; perhaps the rude staff was why ;)….

25 minutes for 2 meals, a manager that when you go up and ask to speak to her starts hollering at customers. Been in customer service longer than she’s been alive. Don’t think treating customers this way should be tolerated. The only reason this TB is running is the High School is across the street. Which these kids are in here having make out sessions and no one says anything.

We were excited to get some Volcano Tacos and made a special trip for some. When we got them home and unwrapped them, we discovered that the oil the taco shells were cooked in had gone rancid. Nasty!

$30 dollars spent at Taco Bell used to be nearly impossible… now, it’s a little too easy to spend that (or more). I ordered at the drive thru and could tell that I was competing for the employee’s attention. I had to repeat the order many times. Additionally, I attempted to try something new, but this location is “sold out”. The sign for this item should be removed because they have been “sold out” for at least a month. Employees do not hand out receipts anymore, and I was not asked if I wanted one. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while… which was disappointing because this is usually such a great menu item.

Ordered four burritos, large drink, and two nacho fries. I got my food and the guy at the window assured me everything was in the bag. I got home, on 1488 mind you, and neither order of fries was in the bag. I got the nacho cheese though. Tried to call to tell them 5 times, they won’t answer the phone. Definitely check the bag before you drive away. Even if they tell you it’s all there.

Going to the drive-in today at this location was a horrible experience. The lady that took my order Lynn wouldn’t let me finish talking to tell her what my order was. She kept asking me what you drink what you drink what’s your drink when I haven’t clearly finished my order!! Stop trying to be so fast and slow down and wait for the customer to get done with your order!
