I feel obligated to warn people about this Taco Bell. It was the 35-minute wait, the bad service of the employee blatantly ignoring us and not even acknowledging our existence. It was the three crunch wraps that will flatter than pancakes with barely anything inside, stale potatoes, not put into craving boxes, just in the same bag. (There was a vegetarian in the group) Everything looks like it was smashed down. 10/10 would not recommend this taco bell. I put one star on everything because zero wasn’t a option..

Just called the store at the request of the manager to have a conversation about a recent visit. I’ve left one message this week. Spoke with a lovely female who called herself “Jennifer”. I asked for the manager by name only in a very polite voice. Jennifer said she was not there. I asked when she would be back and got a click. Thinking this could have been an accident and giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called back. I said… Hey Jennifer, when will Alicia be back and she immediately hung up on me again.

Food is pretty typical there. The person who took our order was very friendly. That aside, the restaurant is very dirty. Employees were noted smoking in front of the restaurant only to come in and grab a soft drink without washing their hands. That was unsettling. That aside, I would suspect most Taco Bell’s are about the same

Ordered through the app, the person at the window was friendly. It took forever though. Food was soggy and cold right out the window. So the food was just sitting there while the workers played. The Mexican pizza had no beef on it at all. And the person making the food just threw it in the box and bag, so EVERYTHING in the bag had that sauce all over it even the tortilla chips. They forgot two soft tacos and the Doritos taco was in literal pieces. I went back through the drive thru line, they did make another dorito taco so that was good and gave me my missing tacos. HOWEVER the two soft tacos just had lettuce and cheese… no ground beef just lettuce and cheese. Never again. Waisted 32 dollars. This Taco Bell seems to be having a ton of issues.

Recently, very poor management. When asked for advertised breakfast products recently, this store consistently has excuses why they are unavailable. In response to comments about poor management, the duty manager refused to serve me. I recommend you go elsewhere for breakfast until management is replaced.

Horrible service at the drive-through, management did not apologize for the bad experience. Had to sit in line twice to get the order correct and were treated like a bother. The drive thru girl clearly cussed us more than once and would not say a word at any point in our encounter getting the food. Was bothered when I asked for sauce and napkins. Oh, how dare I.

Oblivious Massacre
Went to pick up an online order. Cashier did not tell me anything once I told him why I was there, just walked back into the kitchen and left me at the register. I sat for 30 minutes watching them make every order in the drive-thru and in-store before even starting mine. On top of it, 2 employees got into a screaming match over who was going to be taking orders. This place has atrocious management.
