Came into today and already the cashier Melanie V had an attitude with us. When I ordered a Doritos loco taco add beans add tortilla, the cashier proceeds to be rude and tell me they can’t make a double decker. Well I didn’t order a double decker. I ordered a Doritos loco taco add beans add tortilla! We then asked for a managers business car or phone number to contact them. The cashier told us she’d go get the manager, yet comes back with no manager. So at this point she’s still being rude to me. Now that I’m being rude back I’m worried they’ll tamper with my food. So I then said no I want to speak to the manager. The “Area manager” said her name was Julie, immediately came up to me with an attitude as well. And I told her. There was absolutely no reason for her employee to talk to me the way she was when I simply was trying to understand why they wouldn’t make my taco yet every other Taco Bell does. Im paying extra for the beans and the tortilla. It absolutely makes no sense. She still continues to escalate the situation so I asked for her name and store number and the cashiers name so I could file a complaint. She then very sarcastically told me “I bet you will” yes I will make a complaint! I work hard for my money and I’m spending it at your business! How is she a manager? That is no way to treat a paying customer! Please get better customer service and appreciation!!

Ordered 2 meals and one was Mexican pizza. Waited 20 min while they kept making all the drive thru and pick up orders. Finally got my food drove home and the damn Mexican pizza was missing. I stopped going to Rayford rd location 5 yrs ago for this very reason. Shut this place down and fire everyone except the “shorter chubby” lady she was only professional one in the place. Nothing beats having a fast food place steal my money. I petty enough I will contact the credit card company and a lawyer. If I don’t get results. Can’t do a survey because didn’t get a receipt so no store number so public it goes.

Showed up at 11:40pm and when the hours say 12:30am and was told they are only taking mobile orders. They are also always out of stuff. Why is this the only Taco Bell in the area like this? We just go down the road to the one on Birnham Woods and they are still serving customers when this one doesn’t. Literally the worst management at this location. This also is not the first time this has happened to us.

This taco bell said it closes at 12:30. AM We arrived at 11:40 PM. Went to order and they said they were only doing online or mobile orders. So we did an online orders. Then the gentleman said. The order would take 10-30 minutes because they had turned everything off to cleAn.? I said but you don’t close for 50 minutes. He said it takes a long time to clean. I sId why don’t you just close at 11:30 then. I thought if a restaurant says open till 12:30 means you serve till 12:30 then clean.

Love how no one seems to ever answer phones but also couldnt even leave a voice message due to it being full, and that’s just a small reason for the review. My husband just came home with my order, which I was on the phone for so I know what I asked for is what he repeated while in the drive thru and WOW! I asked for a cheesy Gordita crunch with a nacho cheese shell with light lettuce and recieved a regular shell with normal lettuce. Fiesta potatoes are old, I’m missing one of the two nacho fries, and a soft shell taco from my three soft shell combo order. It really isn’t a difficult order and if you, as an employee repeat the order back, there shouldn’t be any reason why there is missing or incorrect food.

I am not one to leave reviews but this is bad. I have tried 3 times to get breakfast here. I know the person was there at 8am because i went to get grocies. Stopped to get breakfast and supposedly the grill was not hot yet. It is always some excuse to not be able to order breakfast. Terrible……

Food was ok. Customer service not good. The Gatorade low sugar was out. I told the staff about it. He told his coworker about it and he came back to me said they didn’t have anymore. Come to find out they had more. I found out when I was getting something different they changed it out. Nobody didn’t say anything. I heard it priming up after they change it so I check it and there was Gatorade.
