This might be the friendliest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. The food was spot on as Taco Bell always is. They have front door parking for grab and go, which is awesome. It was very clean inside too. Glad I stopped here.

The picture clearly shows my burrito is supposed to be no red sauce and extra onions. But the burrito has completely opposite on all three burrito. Complete waste of extra money I had to pay for.

Ordered 3 items. Received barely any beans in my black bean chalupa. The limited edition shredded beef taco had gobs of melted cheese stuck on the outside of tortilla shell. The cashier was friendly, but I sat there in my car, worried as she said to the food prep teen that he was putting a lot of cheese on my taco. And I said to her tell him don’t be sloppy with it, so I’m guessing he took the cheese out of the taco and put it on the side and wrapped it up. I knew I should have taken my food out and checked it. Why would he do that to someone? Deliberately ruin their meal for what?! Doesn’t he understand that these people who order the food need to eat and want and deserve to be satisfied? And, from her responses to him, I could tell that he was making cracks about deserving a tip. There’s a severe problem with the teenagers who work here. Management needs to get stricter. NOBODY wants sloppy food. I am the type of person to go right back to an establishment and make them remake the food the correct way, but I was so hungry by then and really didn’t trust him not to spit on it the next time. There was no reason for him to make the food so sloppy and have an attitude after 11 PM with no other customers in line. I was respectful and was having a conversation with the cashier so I just really don’t understand the poor work ethic. I suggest a write-up and last warning to this young employee.

I ordered $64 of food through the app. When I got notification it had been delivered I opened my door to……1 drink. I called store and they say door dash driver had forgotten the rest and they would send. 25 minutes later I called to see where my food was at. They then tell me they have no way to contact door dash driver. Fine. I’ll go get my food myself. I get there and they offer to remake order as it had been sitting for 45 minutes by this time. Great. After it’s ready they ask me for payment. WHAT? I already paid on the app. They then tell me they are not “attached” to the app and need a separate payment for the store. I refuse the order and ask for a refund. No, they can’t give me a refund because I ordered on the app and it would come out of their store account instead of the app. EXCUSE ME. But your store made the mistake. Not me and I now how to try to get a refund through the app. UPDATE. After numerous emails through the app I have yet to receive my refund or even have Taco Bell send me an email. I consider it fraud at this point

Better than the seasonless tacos on the opposite side, that location on Rayford, and has improved since I tried last year. But, I have to point out – this is ridiculous of your employees; and as a franchise owner I’d be mad. The picture shows how many sauce packets were left over when I really only used 2 sauce packets on my two items. I ordered three but the french fries didn’t need sauce. This number of sauce packets is absurd- sarcastically absurd. Thank me later. Oh, and pay closer attention to your orders, because the 23 sauce packets do not make up for not including plastic ware, nor any napkins, in my bag. Good thing I was going home and didn’t think to notice. But how did they know that?

My food always incredible & the folks serving me & taking my order always have best matters & extremely polite. But I don’t know if I’ll go bacc there. This coworker wit glass , short caucasian female was extremely loud, cursing & even yell out she got to “fart”. So instead of me eating there I just left,& it been 20 minutes & I am still nauseous from the experience. Hopefully the rest customers that go there won’t have the same issues.

I waited at the counter for 5min. Nobody assisted me for 5min,no acknowledgement, nobody spoke. They just ignored me. Then finally someone came up and took my order. I travel. A lot. This Taco Bell had the nicest, and fastest, and freshest food. Not just for Taco Bell. All Fast Food establishments. My wife commented to eachother just how impressive they conducted themselves. God, how i wish all establishments, And patrons, conducted themselves like these folks.

Sticky tables, not one, but all of them. Smells unpleasant. Felt like I should take a 2nd shower when I got home. Multiple Incorrect items to which they “corrected” them, then it become more incorrect than they already were. Mind you, there was no rush or people inside so they just totally messed up. We ordered those cinnamon balls, 12 of them to be exact, but we got 11 instead. How terrible do you have to be at your job that you can’t count to 12? Awful place, embarrassingly small and can’t get the simplest of orders right.

Couldn’t be worse if they tried. I have kept going back thinking it’s not possible they are that bad but they just keep getting worse. This is the Mexican pizza they gave my wife the last time we went. Seriously zero caring or quality control. This is the standard there. This isn’t a fluke. Go find a different Taco Bell if you really need your fix.
