Ordered a Mexican pizza combo but instead they only gave me the pizza and the drink. When I went to get my order corrected the cashier wanted to know why didn’t you eat the Mexican pizza before coming back which makes no sense. The manger then says I can give you the two tacos. I also gave them the Mexican pizza back and asked for a fresh one, which the manger said she can’t do. Which is pathetic if she thought I was going to eat a soggy pizza

Apparently, their drive thru “system” was down around 9:30pm this evening. I was told this and asked to drive to the window. Once I FINALLY got to the window after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the rudest young lady asked me what I ordered. I replied, “Nothing, because you told me to pull up to the window”. She then asked me if I could DRIVE BACK AROUND TO PLACE MY ORDER. I said, No I Can’t! Then she raised her voice and told me to either drive around again or go somewhere else!!! This location is TERRIBLE!!! And whoever that lil you know what is, she needs to watch who she’s talking to!!!

I’ll take my part on not checking EVERY item while in drive thru but my past 3 orders have either been incorrect or have items missing. I get it, it’s fast food but if I’m waiting in long lines get to window get a full bag of food take a quick glance and seems like it’s everything in there then get back to work/home and it’s nothing that you even ordered, I guess I’m getting someone else’s order

Ordered via app, selected drive thru pickup. Arrived at drive thru and was told I would have to come inside to pickup my prepaid order. Argued and asked for refund. Was told the GM would not allow mobile orders to be picked up in drive thru (anymore, I’ve done this serveral times before). No one was behind/ahead of me. They can’t cancel/refund in store – I would have to do it through the app. I was mad, so I drove away. Even if I were to enter the store now, Id have no way of knowing that my food was handled in a safe manner. The cancel/refund process in the app is non-existent.

Went this morning before a appointment and had the best service I’ve ever had at this location and any other Taco Bell in years. From the moment we pulled to the drive through the manager Tiffany was absolutely outstanding. Extremely polite, very quick service, and the food was fantastic! For the first time the cheese on the taco was actually melty….has never happened before. Food was so fresh and hot, highly approve and from now on I only want to go when Tiffany is their because when she is their, that place runs like a fine tuned machine. It’s a day and night difference when she isn’t their. Outstanding visit. Give Tiffany that store and with that expert level of customer service and care, that store will do a complete 180. I guarantee it

The person working the speaker will give you a bad attitude and mutter smart remarks at you under their breath thinking you can’t hear them because they dont have time for your order and continue with that same attitude when you get to the window.

General manager Ms. Tiffany gave me the BEST morning vibe. This was my first time choosing Taco Bell for breakfast and I am so glad I did. If you need a good pick me up attitude to start your day, this is the place to come to! Thank you Ms. Tiffany for your exquisitely wonderful customer service! The breakfast Crunchwrap supreme was just as good as she suggested it would be and I can taste the extra love they put into my breakfast steak quesadilla!! Y’all really made my morning!!!
