Now they’ve been open a few months. They have it figured out Restaurant clean, fast, friendly service. Food was good for Taco Bell (fast food). Everything tasted fresh no leftovers/ old food in the line. Clean store front.

Nothing made to size. If you want the pictur image they say the food looks like expect to pay more than advertising. It is false advertisement and no one says anything! Next time you order look at your order and look at the picture, not the same. Why do they have the ability to make false picture on there menu?

Sunday night sat waiting to order at the drive-through 10 min, I am at the drive-through order station, not in a line. Apparently they have one guy working in the store tonight. There’s a car in front at the window waiting on his phone. If the driveway was wide enough I just drive the hell out of here but I can’t. He’s been waiting on his food for a while because he was at the window when I drove up to order.

Visited this location 05/18/2023. No one acknowledged me until after standing at the register for 5 minutes. Finally the person at the drive thru said “welcome to taco bell” can you please place your order at the Kiosk. I told him no i am not going to order on the kiosk and walked out. Besides the workers, I was the only one inside the building. Once I walked out, I drove around to the drive thru and no one was in the drive thru. Does not make sense why he asked me to order on the kiosk, I guess he does not like dealing with customers…I don’t know.

Very good service young girl with little Hispanic accent went Xtra miles to make sure my order made right because I ordered online didn’t go through but she gave the best service ever and I belong to the restaurant business I own a restaurant and I know it’s very hard to find to good employees these days I don’t write reviews usually but her service made me to that I will hire her on a heart beat very good service keep up the good work young lady if the manger read my comments please pass on to the young lady I don’t know her name thank you

After leaving a negative review for poor service and food quality after they first opened, I’ve given them two more trys to improve. As of February 23, I can say there is vast improvement in service and food quality. Food was hot and as advertised. Actually tasty!! I have upgraded my review. Hesitant for last star, but with marked improvement, we’ll see if they consistently improve. Thank you for correcting things owners/managers.

First time to go into the Sealy Location since it’s opening.expected all the kinks to be worked out. My husband and I patiently waited for over 10 minutes of never even being acknowledged from either of the three individuals we could see working. Having questions about a couple of the menu items we wanted to talk with someone. Turned around to try ordering on the Kiosk and we still had questions about the menu items contents. Individuals working still would not acknowledge. Cancelled out input and walked out. Simply not acceptable. If busy, fine! Acknowledge your customers first and foremost coming from a retired Culinary Arts teacher!

The reviews are ridiculous. I was worried going tonight. Accidently got my order canceled from a glitch when store closed. They were kind about it and let me and the waifu stay and eat our food, even pass closing. Food was absolutely delicious and well made. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were weirdly missing two current Taco Bell drink flavors (Dragon Tea and Strawberry Lemonade had “pink” instead). I will definitely absolutely go again.
